Roy’s Rollin 22′ and Trade Talk: Rd. 9

It’s go time! Roy has updated his Rollin’ 22 ahead of the Festival Of Footy.

33 games in 20 days and a new round starting the day after the previous round finishes… Let’s goooooooooooooo!

Get them in!

David Swallow (FWD/MID, $693,000) BE 47: The Sun mid has turned back the clock and is arguably in career best form. He has made the most if his increased mid time with Rowell out and his scores reflect that with three 90s in his last four.

Andrew Gaff (MID, $780,000) BE 76: The ball magnet’s price has bottomed out and he is about to make the most of three games at his favourite ground against teams that give up plenty of points to midfielders. He took 11 marks and score 126 on the weekend.

James Sicily (DEF, $675,000) BE 42: After a shocking 36 in round five, the Sic Dawg has been on fire and now presents as an under priced premium option in the back line. His marks are up and he has scored 114, 88 and 95 in his last three. Slight flag is that he swung forward late in the game and kicked a goal… You know what happens when he plays forward.

Zac Bailey (DEF/MID, $507,000) BE 18: Owned by 6% of the competition, the young Lion provides a stepping stone option for a back line upgrade. Its an attainable move for coaches looking to offload the likes of teammate Starcevich and he is averaging 9 marks a game in his last two with 96 and 85 respectively.

Clayton Oliver (MID, $819,000) BE 54: The Dees star has hit top form after a solid but not sensational start to the year. He has elevated his game the past two weeks with scores of 116 and 125 which are both season highs and he has the bonus of just 4% ownership.

Roughy:

Zach Merrett (MID, $750,000) BE 59: At his best, the Bombers ball magnet is one of the most prolific scorers in the game. In the first seven weeks of the season, he managed to hit triple figures on just one occasion before going bang on the weekend against the busted witches hats with 138. Its the best individual effort of any player so far this year.

Must have:

Jake Lloyd (DEF, $773,000) BE 65: Some players are just at a level well above anyone else in their position, which makes them a must have. AhhhhhhLlllloyd is one of them. He scored a nice 115 on the weekend to demonstrate his ceiling

YOU… Get the chop!

Marlion Pickett (MID, $380,000) BE 21: Looked disinterested last week and his score reflected that. Still has a low BE but cash in early if it converts to a premium upgrade.

My Trades

No idea at this stage but I want Pickett, Starc and Bennell off my ground ASAP. I can’t take it any more.
