Luke Parker (MID, $14,740)
Friday v Melbourne
If you can’t afford Mills… then Parker will still get the job done for you. He attends bulk CBAs for the Swans and prior to a quiet round 23, he was one of the most inform players in the games with scores of 114, 118, 115 and 120. His record against the Demons is impressive as well with previous scores of 113 and 125. He’s a star ready to shine.
Will Haywood (FWD, $10,410)
Friday v Melbourne
Haywood is very cheap given his form. His last three games have been impressive and I reckon over the last few games, people have been very successful in Draftstars with this guy on board. He has now scored 89, 72 and 91 last three games and is cheap considering form alone.
Ryan Clark (FWD, $6,000)
Friday v Melbourne
Hey… he’s rookie priced. Give me a break. Clark is very hit and miss but has average 21 touches a game against the Demons in his last five games. As I said… he is rookie priced and therefore a low risk pick.
John Noble (MID, $10,070)
Saturday v Geelong
Far from the sexiest pick today but Noble is a smokie and has scored two of his top three scores for the season in his last three games with 91 and 89. His marks are on the way up as well with 6, 6 and 8 in his last three games. It’s a smokie and one that could get you a sneaky 90+.
Lachie Hunter (MID, $11,220)
Saturday v Fremantle
This guy is back and he proved it in round 23 with a very nice 111 in round 23. It also needs to be noted that Hunter loves playing the playing Dockers with most recent scores of 108, 70, 114, 122, 98, 119, 99. He’s cheap and well worth the punt!
Luke Ryan (DEF, $13,500)
Saturday v Bulldogs
As we all know, the Bulldogs give up plenty of point to defenders. They rank as the No. 1 easiest for the season and the No. 1 easiest over the last five weeks of the season. To prove this, Ryan played these guys in round 21…. he took 15 marks to go with 32 possessions for a score of 151. On that same day, Jordan Clark (111) and Chapman (95) had some of their best games for the year pulling down 21 marks between them.
This isn’t a fluke, it was predicted then and predicted again and is a must-have for this slate. Adding to this… He has gone over 110 on 6 occasions this year.
