Where is all the Cockatoo hype coming from? He has always been a fringe player at best and has a terrible injury record. I’m sure he will be trying to crack a spot but he will not be named round 1 and would be amazed if he plays more than 5 games for the season…

Disagree. He’s a top ten draft pick who is a pretty good player when up and gong, yeah durability is an issue but Brisbane’s medical team is second to none and will likely get him going again. Geelong regularly stated how they wanted to get him fit and in the team. Is a big chance to be named round 1 (more than guys like Powell, Perkins, Finlay Macare etc) and if fit plays more than 5 games. Get on

Sorry just can’t see it happening. Even when fit Geelong did not select him in the senior team and he has requested a trade to a team just as strong. He will spend the entire season trying to prove his ability and if he does that they will give him a bit of a go, if his body holds up.

Daniher is a no brainer for me as he plays Sydney in Rnd1. Apparently Daniher is flying and the Swans have a very young backline with only one player back there that is a hard bodied defender (D Rampe). Going to the Lion’s will help him with injury concerns to as they have gr8 medical staff up there
