Moneyball

Moneyball’s $5000 Sunday Funday

There are plenty of Pigs on today’s slate and Roy helps you decide which one to pay up for, as well as throwing a few bargains in as well.

Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) is one of the fastest growing games in Australia. Our mates at Moneyball are the leaders in the industry and run many different formats, including competitions for every AFL game across the season.

POOL $5,000 with $650 for 1st,  2nd receives $310 and so on right down to $34.18 for players in 89th place.

Starts: Sunday 1.10 pm

Includes:
Bombers v Lions
Hawks v Pies

Dockers v Saints

Joe Daniher (FWD, $7,900) is coming up against a Lion back line who give up huge numbers to key forwards. Last week Patton kicked four goals for 133, Cameron had four and 132 while Greene also kicked four. Big Joe is in for a big day.

Zach Merrett (MID, $11,300) The Lions have conceded 15 tons in the past three weeks and allowed six Giants to score 110+ last week. Enter Merrett the little piglet who scored 140 on the Lions earlier this year and is riding a streak of 10 tons in a row.

Steele Sidebottom (MID, $10,300) Get’s overlooked with so many Fantasy relevant teammates around him . He is in career best for on the back of 139, 127. 133 and 124 in the last month while averaging 33 disposals off the wing.

Tom Mitchell (MID, $11,600) Obviously we can’t have all these big guns, but I need to mention them all to let you pick your weapon of choice. The newly crowned Pig has been awesome this year and has already racked up 177 against the Pies this year with 50touches that Bucks said  weren’t damaging enough to tag. Assuming he runs free again, massive.

Sean Darcy (RUC, $3,500) We need to save money somewhere, and after 80 last week with 40 hit outs, Darcy is one to consider. Buyer beware as Sandilands is back in, but for that price he may be worth the risk.

My shout team!

Rhys Mathieson (MID, $6,800) Crisis creates opportunity and that was certainly the case last week when Matho was unleashed in the midfield following the early injury to Dayne Beams. One would assume he gets another crack at it this week following his 32 possession effort in which he scored 108.

Goodluck!
