Thoughts on Telly, anyone? At $744k, he is awkwardly priced, but is he underpriced? He was touted as the next big thing when he averaged 96.9 points in 2019, and he has not performed quite as expected at the Weagles; however, with a host of upper tier players returning to the side in 2023, can he get his hands on the pill a bit more often? I think Weagles were one of the surprise packets of 2022, only for how poorly they went. They have Shuey, Yeo and Sheed returning. They have one of the most athletic (but injury) prone ruckman around (if only they didn’t have to wrap him in bubble wrap all of the time). So, they still have the cattle to win games (when they are on the park), so I think they will rebound a bit this year. As much as I enjoy seeing the Weagles near the bottom of the ladder, I think they will have a better 2023 – not making finals, but up in 9th to 12th place. Unlike the Hawks and Norf, they will have some of the ball, so scoring is possible. Yeo and Sheed have been discussed a lot, but is Telly (or Gaff for that matter) underpriced????

Gaff is on my ‘never again’ list, so he won’t be in my team. Already have Sheed. Not convinced about Green or Cerra. I haven’t really got room for Telly anyway, but have been a bit surprised by the silence surrounding him.

Green is going to gain you 130k plus quickly then trade him is why people talk about him he’s under priced

The eagles look to be much fitter than same time last year so Telly could benefit with some fit team mates. I’m keen on Green with more opportunity this year, Sheed is just too much value to ignore. Gaff no, Yeo potentially…looks fit like the rest and is cheap as. Some bargains at the Weagles this year, Allen is also a steal IMO
