I’ve broken this column down into three categories; Studs, Value and Match ups. The studs are the backbone of your team, these are the guys that will score you the most points (hopefully!) Value plays are players that are cheap for the amount of points they are capable of putting up for the game. They allow you to fit more studs into your team. Match ups are players that might be playing a team that’s weak in a specific position. They might be a mixture of studs, mid-priced and value. If you’re tossing up between two players, it generally helps to go the one with the better match up. Balancing out these three categories will give you the best chance of scoring well.
Week 4 contests
NFL $1,000 Seahawks vs Colts
Tom Brady, QB, New England, $9,400
Meets Carolina who gave up three TDs to Drew Brees last week. I expect him to continue on his merry way.
Antonio Brown, WR, Pittsburgh, $9,000
Brown faced Baltimore twice last season averaging 90 yards and a TD over those two meetings.
Odell Beckham Jr, WR, Oakland, $8,800
Tamba Bay were torched for 270 yards and two TDs last week.
Todd Gurley, RB, LA Rams, $7,900
Averaging 21 rushing attempts and 4 receptions per game this year. Volume will help him regardless of poorer matchups.
Stefon Diggs, WR, Minnesota, $6,500
Meets Detroit at home where he has scored two TDs in each of his two home games so far this season.

Andy Dalton, QB, Cincinnati, $6,800
Scored 16.3 fantasy points last week against Green Bay and faces the Browns this week.
Dalvin Cook, RB, Minnesota, $6,500
Had a monster game last week and still very cheap.
Bilal Powell, RB, NY Jets, $6,000
Matt Forte is unlikely with turf toe which means the Jets will have to lean on Powell. Facing the Jags who are strong against the pass.
Jets RB Matt Forte (turf toe) missed practice for the second straight day. "I'm a little more encouraged. I ran a… https://t.co/hy0GjLeZdr

Joe Mixon, RB, Cincinnati, $5,100
He’s been trending upwards, and has a new offensive coordinator who is giving him more touches.
Joe Mixon in line for bigger role but Bengals not considering QB change – https://t.co/8YWtYT4QKi https://t.co/4BMN6Xl2QW

Will Fuller, WR, Houston, $4,900
A bit of a speculative add here, playing his first game after breaking his collarbone. Tennessee defence will be focused on Hopkins.
Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Dallas, $8,800
Has only scored the one TD so far, but comes up against the Rams who’ve given up four to RBs in the past two (three last week).
Russell Wilson, QB, Seattle, $7,800
Great game last week and should carry that form forward against the Colts.
A.J. Green, WR, Cincinnati, $7,500
Cleveland allowed 150 yards and a touchdown to Hilton last week.
Deandre Hopkins, WR, Houston, $7,500
Last week the Titans allowed 373 passing yards and four TDs, which bodes well for Hopkins this week.
Adam Thielen, WR, Minmesota, $6,000
This week, Thielen should have a 4-inch height advantage on his opponent, which means he’ll be a great target in the slot for Keenum.
