Wanting to get some thoughts on this move, going Martin down to Bonner and getting Billings in for a random 200k red dot? It sounds sweet for points and cash gen. Missing sharp and Dempsey though so I’m not 100%

Martin will get Defender status very soon quite possibly could be your seasons D5/6.

Won’t Bonner get it too? If he’s got that role for the year + getting in Billings into my forward line means I can drop Lazzaro to bench and added cash gen?

Quite possible. Will Bonner be top 6 Defender I’m not so sure. Billings not sure he will be taking 15 marks every week :(

Good Luck

Can’t decide – plz help me decide
Which Trade to go for –
DEF
Daicos-Sheezel-Whitfield-Young-Salem-Yeo (Howes-Pink)
MID
Laird-Butters-Steele-Newcombe-Martin-Wines-Mckercher-Sharp (Roberts-Sanders)
RUCK
Grundy-Xerri(Barnett)
FWD
Fyfe-Jordon-Sexton-Reid-Wilson-Larazzo
(Watson,Gallagher,Clark)

Was thinking Wines To D’ambarsio put yeo in the middle. Newcombe to Serong.

Other option Yeo to D’ambarsio and Wines to Crouch…Keep Newcombe

Or Wines to Bonner – Newcombe to Serong

Or open to ideas

Cheers

Another one I entertained was Wines to D’ambarsio – Wines to Billings (move Watson to middle – Takes larazzo off the field. Field Sanders in the mids.

Hey, currently have Daicos in mids. Concerned with Freo outs. Is a possible move to trade Young and move Daicos back there and trade in Butters in mids or am I jumping at shadows with Young going back to defence. If I make move it’s locked for Thursday. Pete

I would atleast wait to see a game first, see what he does. Freo vs roos. So if he stays mid. He might have a day out.. He nearly got the ton and went up in price… So it’s all good ATM.

I would trade those atm who deserve it and who we missed

I’ve decided on Wines to Bonner and Newcombe to Serong (straight up captain). Good luck

Budarick to D’ambrosio or Clarke to Sharp.. what do you guys think is the more urgent trade of this week?
Thanks.

Clarke to Sharp for me. Budarick still has an achievable B.E.

Walker

Zreid to Draper or JhyeClark to Dempsey?

Thanks.

Draper good JS for Freo. Not sure what his scoring will be like, but it’s an easy jump for all those with Reid down back.

But yeah, can afford to wait on him a week or so.

Yeah might wait for Draper if he scores well.. Dempsey’s -10 BE is tempting even though Clark got a few CBAs last round.

What do you guys think, I see Jhye Clark named to play on ball for Geelong , should I hold him or flick him for sharp

he was named on the ball last week too and we all know how that turned out…

if you dont have any other more pressing issues, id flick him

With Bruhn out, hope to see his TOG increase against Kangas.. he had CBAs last week and looks to be the same again. Keep him if you can.. but Sharp over Clark I reckon for this week..

with only the top 18 scoring this week, is it irrelevant who I start or bench?

I decided to pass on Bonner

I’ve pulled the trigger a week early on sexton.
As I want serong and can’t watch Newcombe again. Plus il give wines another go.
Plus il keep wines the following week atleast as sexton has the bye.

It’s against how I play but I’ve gone Sexton to to Mannagh. As it’s only 18 scores the next 2 weeks. Il be able to right the forward line in time..won’t need Gallagher / Mannagh or Watson’s shit score that’s coming over the next 2 weeks. I guess this early bye plagued season allows some different tactics I normally wouldn’t do.

Am I crazy on this lol ?

Secondly.
I Viced Jack Steele (120) instead of daicos. But with Serong. Im expecting a big game vs roos at marvel. Do I roll with Serong or bank the 120 on Steele

Fishers spot in trouble with McDonald back in the team?

Sheez and McKercher the preferred ball users off halfback so either him or Tucker gets kicked out

I didn’t put fisher in my team. But I’m doing a team with my old girl, helping her out. She had fisher but I moved her on from fisher straight up this week. Did a lil DPP and put Dambro in the back line, Then DPP yeo into mids and upgraded him to crouch. Keeping the faith with wines instead. Let’s see how it plays out lol…..

I like it.
Happy to keep the faith in Wines. He’s not going to be a 95+ scorer as 4th fiddle in the midfield but looked good when he was around it on the weekend, the match was just played a bit fast for him with little pressure (Yeo the same).
Should be good for a 75-90 most weeks which is all you can really ask for his price

Yer I’d be happy with a 90+. It was either Yeo or Wines. And when deciding on Billings or Dambro. It’s a true guess lol. Dambro doesn’t have the bye. And he’s got his Postion sorted. I’m hoping he’s a solid 85+ scorer. But time will tell. The other factor in Yeo or Wines was the fact Yeo has had a Lego body the last couple years. Could go at anytime. He’s still in my team for now. If he manages to stay healthy. He will be a good pick

That reasoning is why I went off Bonner. His Postion is unknown. And last night showed that. He had big bursts when in scoring role. But went missing for 30 minutes twice. So hopefully Dambro doesn’t turn out to be a dud as well lol

Zac Fisher to Jack Billings or Jhye Clark to Jeremy Sharp

It’s bye rounds. So only need Top 18, so probably won’t need clarks score. Fuck knows if Billings is a false dawn or can be that handy 90+ forward. He’s cheap enough. So it’s a low risk.
I guess it’s how your cash gen sits overall. If sharps the only one your missing. Then i would risk it with billings. But if your rookie cash gen is poor. Then sharp.

This week you can still make good $$$ on that trade to. Next week chances are billings and fisher close in price. No one can say if fisher is a true dud. But I don’t like him. Never brought into him. Just don’t see him as relevant. But I’m only guessing at the end of the day. He definitely won’t be a Top 6 forward
