Join me and special guest Harmey from the PODPOD in the next head to head battle between value forwards Taylor Adams and Zac Fisher. We discuss each player in depth and talk about their pros and cons, give our verdict on who we would pick out of the two players, and if we are keen on starting either player in our side.
Taylor Adams
Made the move over to Sydney to join his former teammate Brodie Grundy. The expectation is that Sydney got him to fix their inside midfield issues, with Sydney struggling in that area last season. Priced at $691k, he’s a value price in a forward line where we don’t have many options. It’s a cheat code we get to see him in Opening Round, and if he can get 65-70%+ CBA’s, he’s going to be very popular come Round 1.
Zac Fisher
Making the move from Carlton to North Melbourne, he looks set to play a half back role. A couple of hamstrings niggles have many people cooling on him, but if he has that half back role, priced at $623k, in a weak forward line, we know North Melbourne players can score very well, and Fisher could be a great pick that would also get DEF status added.
