The bye rounds do we triple down grade to bank cash for next?
Gotta build that warnechest.
Be wary of who and when to get a new rookie. It’s not uncommon for them to play, go on their bye, then not play the week after.
Bites me in the arse every year.
Ideally you bring in a couple of premium scoreres this week while balancing your team. Preferably weighted towards the later byes so you can sideways around the byes and up/down accordingly, Should be able to pick the must have rookies às they pop up, we’ll know more after MSD.
Depends how fat the rookies are you’re trying to cull too tbh, if you can’t get 1 or 2 premiums you want with tweaks this week, then yeah cash in and treat yourself next week.

I like it definitely has potential but who knows especially with saint kilda but has been looking good last couple weeks
What are we thinking of doing for trades. Down grade, upgrade or sideways bye players
Gotta bit of cash in the Bank – will be 2 up (probs Brent Daniels and Grundy or maybe Myers and Gawn) and one down (Dev – he’s been awesome as my Captain loophole).
I did double downgrade last week so Im going McAndrew to Gawn then downgrade Murdoch/Lombard and getting premo mid, will get Trac next week off his bye.
Good strategy Michael. I’m still undecided on the ruck upgrade between Gawn, Grundy or even Cameron.
If ive got Gawn should I trade him to cameron or hold?
If you have no rooks left on field to upgrade, or if it helps you get an uber premo, otherwise I wouldn’t.
Gawn’s a keeper if u have him already IMHO – he’s a star. Only negative with him is he’s sharing the ruck (a lil bit) with Heath. Cameron is now solo, as is Grundy.
I feel Gawn is a more stable option, I already have Grundy, do we think Cameron can average about same as Gawn, could use the spare 150k to upgrade elsewhere.
Yer that’s it isn’t it – can Cameron average similar to Gawn – me not sure.
I have Jackson and trading McAndrew – so bringing in Grundy is an option – esp as he has the better bye for me than the other two I’m considering.
Feel this is a pivotal decision for me – sitting 585th so in touch with the leaders.
Well Im ranked just outside top 10000 so Im taking the punt on Cameron, allows me to get Lombard up to Holmes, move Murdoch to forwards and then next week move Holmes to defence and try get either Houston or Coleman to Answerth maybe.
Thoughts on Max Hill low be of 34 over justin mcrienery who I feel will drop in cash
