Round 9 is here, with yet another Friday night double header so don’t get caught out. Early News: It’s confirmed that Bodie Ryan (DEF $230k) will debut for the Hawks. He has posted some solid VFL scores this season (65, 74, 106, 78, 88), although his job security still looks a little shaky. Marcus Bontempelli is expected to keep pushing through the pain barrier and play this week according to Luke Beveridge, but he remains one to monitor. Matt Rowell will miss again for the Suns. Liam Ryan is expected to be rested this week with a nasty corked leg. For the Pies, Harry Perryman is out for a period which could open up roles for other players, while ruck Darcy Cameron has been cleared of serious injury but remains a test for this week. For the Dons, Brandon Fiorini will undergo surgery and is expected to miss 3-5 weeks. Luke Davies-Uniacke is a test after hamstring tightness. James Sicily has been cleared to face Fremantle, while Jordan Dawson is available to return this week.
