I’m in a similar position needing to get rid of jhf, day and Lindsay. I’d trade jhf and day and tank O’Sullivan getting 50 as the others will make up for it

Is Rowell or Anderson the better option, I feel Rowell tackles more but both should improve their averages this year.
Probably Anderson, the sole reason being that Rowell will probably cop the tag more.
What trade should I do
1) Perryman for Ash and Day for Liberatore or Simpkin
2) Perryman for Defender(Holmes NWM Sinclair or Ash) and Stone for Traviglia
3) Something else
