Honestly, owning the top 2 players means a reliable captain every week, and is probably the 20k difference right now, lol
Coinflip alone of Daicos over Cheez is about 15k of those hey. Biggest Sliding Doors moment of the season. Cooked before we even started.
Will flag that as good as he is, idk if Darcy will hold his spot with Toby and Daniels coming back in. I expect he’s more likely to be sub/subbed than not

Jackson -> Macrae and I’d just go Cadman -> D. Jones. That’s $435k to put on someone next week for another premium.
I’d go Jackson to Macrae and fix up a red dot rookie (Pink or Mannagh). Get the cash gen started in that position, it will help you in future.

Not sure if his scores are sustainable, it’s not like he’s the main playmaker from HB or anything like that, it’s almost like his touches are circumstantial. I wouldn’t get him personally, definitely not at his price. But he’s a really good watch at the moment, especially as a Port fan
No, he’s another Will Powell, can have a 2 or 3 block of decent scores but it’s 40s and 50s everywhere else.

IMO you should focus on upgrading your attack. I’d rather put Clohesy or Graham on field than Gallagher, Cadman, or even Dempsey. Something like Cadman -> Macrae makes you more points than Williams -> Daicos IMO.

I like the uniqueness and huge ceiling that Dale provides, doubt he ever gets vested again.
Need to trade Rozee, but I already have half of my ‘keepers’ with the R12 bye, so I can’t get Gulden, Dunkley or Green. Have to go Butters or Daicos.
And Dempsey has maxed out I think, so he goes to Guthrie.
But that leaves me with zero cash for next week.

If you started with Fyfe, why would you delete him out of your side. Only if you never knew much about the game would you delete him. He may even come into my side this week.
Can I make a plea for 3 trades for every round next year?
I have heard an argument in the past that if more than 2 trades coaches will just try to mimic teams doing well. I don’t think this is valid. Players just want to try to use their skill of selection rather than be cruelled to want to delete their team via unavoidable bad luck.
Reason for 3 trades throughout year now include:
Have mercy and let coaches have some hope of using their skill throughout the year. Yes, it is the same playing field for all but a raft of coaches are left doomed and they have done little wrong!

Could you bring in a Burgoyne type as you can flex some of you backline to mids. Colby M could also swap from Sanders as good scorer and JS good?

Can afford any premium although the main ones I am considering are: Merret, Dawson, Green, Gulden.
Any thought on who to get?
Merret has good fixture but I feel is a bit over priced whilst the others are underpriced.
I’m in a similar boat and originally planned on Gulden but decided to go with Dawson based on my future bye structure (I only have 1-2 premiums who have their bye in R15) so i’d recommend looking at your own team and which weeks you’re already stacked up!
Also I dont really think Merrett is overpriced, he’s the most consistent this year, still considering nabbing him down the line tbh!
