Dawson is hitting form guys. Get on him. Almost put vc on him but went laird instead
Reckon take Hollands 49, or gamble on Phillipou or Long?
Gamble Philipou, can’t do worst than 49 surely and might get a mid 60 or above score.
Thanks, Sam.
No worries, unlike you though, I forgot to use my brain, with Davey not playing I could have looped him in for Van Rooyen/Long but now will be taking Pedlar’s 47.
To be fair we were all excited with Pedlar at the end of the 1st qtr.
Agree with Sam, risk/reward says roll the dice. If whoever you pick scores less, it won’t be by much, if they score more, it could be significantly higher.
Probably go with Poo. Long plays Geelong, and if they turn it on like they did in the second half last week, WC players might not get a touch.
Is there any chance or doubt about looping McAndrew from swans in ruck to get Dawson VC score? He is named an emergency but by not looping Day I can have bench cover for ginbey if he’s out. Cheers
Ginbey should be fine you’d think. Named on field instead of extended bench where the final omissions are supposed to be made from.
“He’d have a big back!” haha great pod.
Teams released an hour before first match today, or 10 mins? Really impacts my last trade this week. Have Bruhn/Mackenzie playing on Sunday, with Constable on the bench (along with Holland’s E which I don’t want).
Constable doesn’t make me much cash on a downgrade to Phillips to really help me get anywhere next week, and I’d like to keep him week longer just because of his BE/scoring. The hope is if he can get a game even as the sub he might claw his way back into GC’s team, but JS is poor and can’t justify keeping him ahead of someone who is playing. Also, if I lock in Constable trade and the Sunday team announcement is a bit slow as usual and both the other two don’t play, then I’m eating Holland’s 49.
Bruhn is the next option, due to his poor scoring/cash gen in the near future, but appears to have superior JS, and plays WC this week, so could pig it up a bit. Also, the 40k extra from the downgrade is useful.
3rd and least preferred option is Mackenzie, who still has the 90 odd in his system for another game so good cash gen left, but again, playing on Sunday and lineups this week has me worried he might be out soon.
Tough decision with the final trade, and the Sunday team announcement is making it even harder. FMDT.
