Travis Boak (MID, $16,660)
Saturday v Kangaroos
One of the most disrespected players in DFS and Fantasy alike, Boak is always over-looked. In Fact, in AFL Fantasy he sits in just 3% of teams despite sitting sixth overall on average with 112. He has scored 110+ in six games this year and should smash the Roos like he has in the past where he has averaged 118 against them in his last four games.
Tarryn Thomas (MID, $11,090)
Saturday v Port Adelaide
TT should receive a little spike in CBAs this week with a few of the Kangaroo MIDs on the sidelines. He was slow coming back from injury but last week bounced back to his best with a score of 90. It’s only a sign of things to come for the top-10 draft pick who returns home to play on home soil in Tassie.
Zach Guthrie (DEF, $9,990)
Saturday v St Kilda
If the Cats want to chip the ball around like they did last week, then Zach could have another 100+ score, just like he did last week. He took 12 marks that day and joined Stewart and Duncan in a chipping game across half-back that saw each of them take double-figure marks.
Greg Clark (MID, $10,970)
Sunday v Melbourne
He’s back and will be super popular in all formats after he scored 110 on debut two weeks ago. There could be a play here NOT to grab Greg, hoping that he fails based on the fact that so many people will have him. Maybe do what I’ve done… pick a couple of teams with a combination of “Greg IN” and at least one with “Greg OUT”.
Lachie Whitfield (DEF, $13,510)
Sunday v Carlton
Surely Lachie gets back in the back-half this week… so this is the thing. Last week, Leon Cameron (outgoing coach) thought it would be clever to play Whitfield out of position in the first half… he scored 24. Then he had another great idea and decided to move him to his preferred position where he scored 69 in the second half. I’m no rocket scientist but it’s obvious what should happen.
Clayton Oliver (MID, $16,720)
Sunday v West Coast
He sits as the 5th most traded-in player in Fantasy this week and people are chasing this match-up on Sunday afternoon.
- He is averaging 125 in the last three weeks (#2 ranked)
- WCE suck and in recent weeks they have given up 14×110+ scores and 6 over 130. WCE rank as #1 easiest over the last five weeks for MIDs.
- Oliver has hit 120+ scores in half of his games this year
