Melbourne v Bulldogs
KITTY: $200k

Christian Salam (DEF, $13,520)

The Dogs give up plenty of points and in the Preliminary Final, Port defender Riley Bonner cashed in from the backline with 129 from 10 marks and 32 touches. Even though Salam is the most expensive defender on the cards, we have high hopes for a thumping score.

Tom Sparrow (MID, $7,690)

Sparrow will save us some cash and with two scores over 74 in his last three games, he’s certainly worth a punt despite clogging up an all important midfield spot.

Roarke Smith (MID, $5,890)

Smith on the other hand scored 60 on the Power in his last game from 15 touches and a goal. Neither of these guys will set the scoreboard on fire, but they will save you some handy cash to load up in other positions…. such as

Jack Macrae (MID, $16,580)

Coming off 123 in Preliminary Final, Macrae has been on fire. Now Melbourne rank as the third easiest for midfielders to score against this year and earlier this year, Macrae proved this with 138 and 147. We are not paying up for Max, we are paying up for Jack who could be 150+. After polling poorly in the Brownlow, he’ll be out to prove a point.

Adam Treloar (MID, $11,750)

Revenge game – sort of…. Treloar is still angry about what happened at the start of the year with the Pies and will be out to prove a point, just like he did in the Preliminary Final where he had 105 and 23 touches.

Josh Dunkley (FWD/MID, $11,950)

Remember when Dunkley was able to pumped out 150’s? Well, this might happen and we think you need him onboard. Limited by injures this year, Dunkley has only managed 13 games. He scored 101 v Power in the Preliminary Final and a week off would have done him the world of good. Dunkley was a tackling machine when fully fit and could be huge in the all important GF.
