Good luck and please, gamble responsibly.
Andrew Brayshaw (MID, $15,030)
Saturday v Adelaide
Brayshaw is far from a sexy Draftstars pick but he has been getting the job done averaging 111 in his last six games.
Coming off 124 last week, he meets the Hawks who are the easiest team for midfielders to score against this year.
Matthew Kennedy (MID, $11,510)
Saturday v Geelong
The role is now their for Kennedy who has rewarded us in Draftstars with an average of 99 in his last three games. This is what can expect now that he is in the guts where he belongs.
Kennedy will be a popular pick across many slates this weekend, but at his price, it’s easy to see why.
Nic Newman (DEF, $11,810)
Saturday v Geelong
22 marks… in just two games is what Newman does best.
Yes, it’s a tougher game this week against Geelong who don’t give up heaps of points, but Newman’s form has been outstanding scoring 115 and 111 in his last two games.
With Docherty out, Newman should continue doing what he has been doing.
Jordan De Goey (M/F, $10,750)
Sunday v Richmond
De GOAT has been awesome. Coming off a season-high 124 last week, the goat has now hit 100+ in three of his last four games. Last week against the Tigers, the Suns had five players who hit 100 which means the goat should have that by three-quarter time…. Hopefully.
Mitch Wallis (FWD, $7,600)
Sunday v Sydney
He’s playing for his career and helped his case by booting three goals last week for a score of 73. Wallis has been named on the extended bench and if for some reason he doesn’t make the cut, then lock in his team-mate Jamarra Ugle-Hagan (FWD, $5,000) who is set to finally debut as the No. 1 draft pick.
Jayden Short (DEF, $12,86)
Sunday v Collingwood
Oh I like this one, in fact… I like it a lot and here is why…
- Collingwood have given up the most uncontested marks this year (again)
- When he is let loose, he racks up marks like the 15 he took against the Eagles a few round ago
- In the pre-season, Short scored 171 against the Pies
- Before a slip up last week, Short had scored 104 and 122
REMINDER: Final teams for Sunday are announced tonight and be sure to check final teams before entering your team to play.
