After all – it’s a FREE BET what do you have to lose.
Lachie Whitfield ($9,600 MID) The Blues are giving up the third most marks to mids over the last five weeks and the sixth most overall this year. Whitfield is in ripping form, averaging 131 over the last three weeks and goes off when he takes at least eight marks with a low score of 114 when doing so this year. My only fear is he may cop some Lamb attention.
Jeremy Cameron ($7,400 FWD) is under priced considering the match up when you consider that the Blues give up more points to key forwards than anyone else this year. In fact, they are averaging 16 points more than their season average over the last five weeks. He is worth a punt if you think he will hit the scoreboard as he has scores of 111 and 135 this year when kicking more than three.
Max Gawn ($9,700 RUC)Â The Suns have conceded the second most points to rucks over the past five weeks and Gawn is hitting the feeding frenzy in ripping form at the MCG where he averages 119 this year. His three last scores against the Suns are 138, 106 and 111 and expect him to be huge again.

Lachie Weller ($6,900 DEF)Â has returned handy scores of 109 and 80 in the last two weeks on the back of receiving more midfield time. Given the fact half the team is unrecognisable, he will likely get plenty of time through there again and as a defender under $7K with that potential role, it is worth a punt.
Scott Lycett ($6,800 RUC)Â brings the flex into play with the potential double ruck combo given his price and form without Nic Nat. When playing without his star counterpart he has averaged an extra 16 points (85) and he is coming up against the Dockers who are giving up the third most points to opposition rucks over the last five weeks.
Shannon Hurn ($7,900 DEF)Â ticks all boxes in this match up. Not only has he won the last two Glendenning Medals, he has done it by racking up some serious numbers. In those games he has pumped out scores of 134 and 127 which included 14 and 11 marks respectively. As if this isn’t enough, the Dockers give up the most points to defenders this year… See the boxes I am talking about?!
Good luck!
Roy
