Welcome back for Team Sheets here in round six, where will will run through the most relevant fantasy INs and OUTs. With no Thursday night footy and the last game of this round being played on Sunday, we have a standard week again! This week we have a few relevant cash cows coming in at a great time to move on some of those that may have reached their break evens or are missing with injuries.
Kicking off with the big INs of the round, we start with James Worpel (Mid $182,000), affectionately known as ‘worpedo’ who comes in for the Hawks. Worpel has earned his debut on the back of some solid VFL form and is a contested ball winner. Unfortunately for Stefan Martin owners, Oscar McInerney (Ruck $170,000) is also set to debut this week. The 204cm listed Lions big man looks set to spend a majority of time up forward, with stints chopping out for Stef in the ruck. Our third debutant for this week is actually the Giants first graduate from their Academy to join senior ranks, Nicholas Shipley (Mid $170,000). Shipley provides another option for a downgrade, with many coaches now looking to move on some almost maxed out cash cows. Charlie Spargo (Fwd/Mid $214,000) and Jack Petruccelle (Fwd/Mid $196,000) also make their debuts for the Demons and Eagles respectively.
NEAFL specialist Michael Barlow (Mid/Fwd $667,000) comes in for his first game of the season following some impressive outings in the twos. The Crows welcome back midfield dynamo Matt Crouch (Mid $721,000) who returns from his layoff with injury. Crouch has been solely missed in the Crows engine room already missing brother Brad and Rory Sloane. Zac Langdon (Fwd $220,000) returns to the senior lineup this week after missing the past three games with a hand injury. Dom Barry (Mid $275,000) returns this week for the Power following his round four omission.
Leading the key OUTs for our round six team sheets is resident bad boy James Sicily (Def/Fwd $554,000) who misses this week through suspension following a sicily-esque stomp on Shaun Atley in the Hawks loss to the Roos. Joining Sicily on the sidelines is popular forward selection, Christian Petracca (Fwd/Mid $550,000). Petracca features in nearly a quarter of teams at this point in the season and will miss this week. The Swans will require a fair restructure this week with the enigmatic Lance Franklin (Fwd $698,000) and Dan Hannebery (Mid $571,000) both set to miss.
Thankfully for coaches this week, we haven’t lost too many fantasy relevant players to injury or suspension, whilst managing to gain a nice crop of new cash cows to consider! Coaches here in Perth should come down to the live show tonight, doors opening at 7pm and the show starting at 8pm AWST. As always, good luck to everyone this week, feel free to send through any questions you may on twitter @JelmsDT or start up discussion in the forum below!
