Tbetta Tweets – Round 3

This might be a one off special, but one of DT Talk’s favourites Tbetta has tweeted very hard today. While they will forever be on Twitter (unless he deletes them), they need to be seen by more people here. Enjoy a day of Tbetta tweeting.

Over the last 4 years, Beams has avg'd 4.4 marks and 4.3 tackles per game. At just 1.5 and 2 this year, respectively. Instant drop of 18 DT!

And that's before we even look at Beams' possession rate & that he's yet to hit the scoreboard. Tougher without Pendles/Rocky shielding him.

NicNat really excelling as Cox's heir this year, as expected. Hitout rate up to 35 a game (previous best 25.4), and getting much more burn.

Taylor Hunt looks the real deal in #AFLFantasy. Numbers are obviously up, but best stat – Contested possession rate down from 55% to 22%!

Seriously, if you need to fix a Beams/GAJ type to fund an upgrade elsewhere, Wallis has to be considered. Will eat in tht midfield all year!

Wallis particularly attractive in DT/SC as prices haven't budged yet. Priced at $328k/$341k with BE of 2/-8. Best option not named Bont IMO.

Happy to be without a Dane Swan headache this year. Only player with 20+ touches with a disposal efficiency of 55% or less.

Just running through some numbers & realised Gaff is avg'ing 5 tackles this year! Previous yearly avgs: 2.4, 1.8, 1.4, 1.1. Going Hulk mode!

Always said Gaff will be a DT gun if he could just learn to tackle. Last 5 games: 7, 4, 5, 4 and 6 tackles. Should push him 95+ this year.

Ablett/Hallahan/Harbrow/Sexton issues probably save Touk Miller this week. Averaging 8.5 touches at 47% efficiency isn't pretty reading.

Ellis-Yolmen picked a good week to step up, despite kicking concerns. Scott Thompson dominated in SANFL and is a very similar type. Monitor.

Hard not to notice similarities between Bonts & Fyfe. Both huge 190cm+ mids, started FWD & bucking 2nd-year blues. Fyfe avg'd 98 in year 2.
