Hot and Cold: Round 15

We are back for another week and what a great week it was! Massive scores this week for most people and we are setting hope for the home straight now and making final upgrades to our teams.

Adelaide Crows

Who’s Hot: Scott Thompson again produced a massive score with 128 showing he is one of the premier midfielders in the game. Jason Porplyzia had a massive game with 97 and was showing some signs that he was back to his best. Sam Jacobs produced another solid game for a cheap ruck option with 91.

Who’s Cold: Taylor Walker played a good game but cost all that have him with a stupid act that has him suspended for 3 matches. For those who had Sam Shaw as cover for Marty Clarke will be hurting after another sub par performance of 32

Brisbane Lions

Who’s Hot: Jonathon Brown showed some vintage form and produced a whopping 130. Jack Redden and Tom Rockliff were great once again with 110 and 119 respectively. Pearce Hanley started slowly but racked it up late in garbage time for a strong 120

Who’s Cold: Dayne Zorko came back down to earth with only 69 after a strong start. While Jed Adcock was poor with 65 and Josh Drummond struggled again mustering only 52

Carlton Blues

Who’s Hot: Carrazzo is back with 110 and if you are going to pick him this is the last chance before he soars in price again. Mitch Robinson was again solid with 122 and Juddy produced a great score of 103 considering the form he had been in.

Who’s Not: Those relying on Bootsma for cover of missing players would be bitterly disappointed after being subbed off at halftime with 11 points. While Matty Kruezer continues his poor form with a miserly 53

Collingwood Magpies

Who’s Hot: Dane Swan is just a star what more can you say after 172 points. Beams and Sidebottom again were great. Jamie Elliot may be a keeper now after another 95 points and Jarryd Blair had maybe his best game for the club and scored 133 points.
Who’s Cold: Travis Cloke really struggled again! Only scoring 42 and Heath Shaw had a very below par game with 59 causing a massive breakeven this week (see below)

Who’s Hot: How good is Jobe Watson another 126 for the brownlow favourite. Courtenay Dempsey had a great game with 129 for those who have him as their cheap defender and Brent Stanton had another solid 111.

Who’s Cold: Dyson Heppell failed to cash on all the uncontested ball the bombers got with only 80 points, while those with Stewart Crameri would be disappointed with his 46 points after being subbed off and now being suspended for 2 games.

Who’s Hot: Michael Barlow continued his hot form with 120 and Michael Johnson returned to form after last weeks poor performance with a solid 110. While Jonathon Griffin had a solid 95 for those who brought him in as their second ruck option.

Who’s Cold: Greg Broughton again struggled with 75 after some junk time stats and those who picked up Zac Clarke will be disappointed after only 36

Who’s Hot: Billie Smedts had a solid game for those who had him as bench cover with 83 while Joel Selwood had another great game with 119

Who’s Hot: Gaz got 102 which may seem a low score for him but he still top scored for his time, while Harley Bennell had a solid 84

Who’s Hot: Col Sylvia may be back! Another 99 this week and Stefan Martin had a massive game which no one would have expected with 105
