10 rounds down and we are looking back, to help us move forward. Warnie puts together a hindsight team that would be leading the competition without using any trades (see below). The boys discuss what to do with Stefan Martin and the other big issues of the week plus catch up with their favourite Fantasy pig, Tom Rockliff with an exclusive. The byes are a hot topic in Twitter time and Calvin has a crack at picking his best captain options for round 11.

The hindsight team was put together below by Warnie. He chose (onfield) players that have played 8 or more games. The number one team in AFL Fantasy Classic, Sharkattack, averages 2095.1 points. This hindsight team averages 2284.2 points per game – that is, with everyone in the counting. Time limited to work it out with emergencies, sorry. In all cases where someone within the 22 missed a game, there was bench cover EXCEPT for Lycett in round one. Even with the players who haven’t played all ten games getting a donut, this team would still be leading the competition by more than 1000 overall points without using a trade!
*Note: Before anyone comments, I know how to use Excel… that total points at the bottom only includes players in the 22 (plus Shaw’s average as captain), not the 30. But remember, I didn’t have the time to substitute any players who missed each week. Make sure you listen to the podcast for more of an explanation. -W
