  • Upgraded D. Smith to Ablett this week. Was part of my bye structure planning, that has so far gone well. However, I now have the Heppell issue to deal with this week.

Now, I won’t be trading Heppell out, as I think it’s just a trip to the general. My issue is “Who do I start?” Morris or Spurr? So far, I have opted for Morris as he is named in the starting line up, where as Spurr could still be dropped.

I’m thinking of maybe delaying the Ablett trade a week and doing my premo defender upgrade this week rather than next week, to cope with having Heps on the bench. I feel the Ablett option is the stronger anyway, just after a few opinions.

  • The only GWS player to be on peoples team after round 14 should be J.Giles

  • What are people’s thoughts on Selwood? Pretty much bottomed out and doesn’t add any additional donuts to my team in round 12.

    Thoughts?

  • Hot or Not……….?

    Sandra Bullock

  • Got to get rid of Murphy and I already have Zorko. Got 100K in the bank so I can afford GAJ just but it leaves me with 4K remaining only which has me contemplating trading Jenkins in. Currently my ruck division is Kreuzer, McEvoy, Giles and Big O but if I trade out Kreuzer for Jenkins that can give me sufficient cash to go Murphy to GAJ and then also to be able to complete all my upgrades in the bye rounds.

My mids are currently Murphy, Pendles, Selwood (J), Sloane, Parker, Horse, Magner. Considering getting in a Mitchell, Dal Santo or Gibbs for Murphy as a risk because I’m still planning on going Parker to Boyd in Round 12, would love some opinions thanks guys

    • Go Gaz, he wonr get any cheaper.

    • Wow. It is looking quite grim this year for the super premium mid fielders with the round 13 bye if you don’t want Ablett. I have serious doubts over the 3 guys you have named. Gibbs and Dal Santo have had very bad years. Mitchell seems to be still getting his possessions but not scoring terribly well. I think that Cotchin is looking better than the other 3.

If you can get Ablett, get Ablett!

      • Thanks mate, what’s your thoughts on the Jenkins trade as well and settling down for the Mcevoy/Kruezer andGiles partnership in the ruck

        • I would think that Jenkins has one bad game and he will be dropped for McKernan. If I was you I would get through the byes then look at going Kruze to a $85,000 ruck that will never play.

You are in a spot with your rucks that most would trade ya for.

  • Trade options for this week.

Shiel and Magner to Zorko and Mitchell plus 70k

Shiel and Conigs to Zork and Gax plus 15k

Shiel to Zorko and hold the upgrade for another week.

Which of these looks the best to everyone?

    Seriously torn at the moment

  • I’m trading Toby Greene out because of that stinking hat he is wearing on The Footy Show.

  • Who on the field out of D Smith, Treloar or Zorko?
Morris or Spurr on the field?
    Shiel or Greene to Zorko?

Leaning towards Devon because of how many games he’s played and he’s been pretty consistent (70-80) while Treloar has been up and down and Zorko’s 96 was he’s only full game and was against GWS.
Probably going to go Morris despite his shit performance last week purely because Spurr is named low on the extended bench .

    What do you lads think

    • Smith
      Spurr
      Greene

    • I’d start Devon Smith and Morris out of those choices. As for the other, tough call. I would probably trade Greene, but only just but.

  • who to trade out for birchall.
    marty clarke or bugg?

    • A trade I’m weighing up as well.

Trade Bugg and keep Clarke I feel would be the way to go. Clarke has better JS (No rotation bs) and still pumps out decent scores from time to time. Nothing wrong with Bugg, I just think Clarke is the safer option.

  • Here are my thoughts:

    Out: Cameron In: Zorko
    Out: Magner In: Lil’ Gazza

Could also dump Smith or Coniglio, but I rather like Con’s haircut. Thoughts?

  • Sheil –> Ablett (leaving me C. Smith and Swan on bench and $70k but no cover)

    or

C.Smith –> Watson (leaving me with zorko for cover but no $)

    help??????????

  • Tough week… Why does Heppell have to be rested…

Got an easy league game this week so was concentrating on the eliminator and my opponent is edging it. Before the teams were named it boiled down to following unique battles:

    villain V hero

    Waters V Gods
    Suckling V Heppell
    Lake V Hargrave
Scotland V Bugg(trade in a player, maybe Scotland)
Jselwood V Murphy (trade or use JMAC)
    cody/Orro V Cox
    Rioli V Porp
    ROK V Johnson
    Cameron V D Smith

My trades earlier in the week were going to be Murphy – Stants/Thompson/Watson and Shiel – Zorko. Since Heppell has been rested it looks worst.

I’m considering the following trade now (have 84k in bank) – Murphy for J.Lewis and Bugg for Broughton. I can then bring in Jmac to try and match Jselwood (he’ll have a slight edge in mids but Cox should win the ruck battle). J Lewis gives my mid dpp and I’II use him in the FWD line this week, plus going forward he will be a good consistent unique. Broughton will beef up the defence but i will still need Mohr to outdo Scotland…lol I think it will boil down to captain choice and FWD’s V DEF’s (as mids and ruck so cancel each other out…).

Sorry for the essay – wtf should I do? Heads says right off the eliminator and just do my planned trades…

  • Megan fox, Jessica alba, Halle berry
You gotta fuck one, marry one, kill one

    GO!

  • Should i play Devon Smith or Taylor Adams on the field?

    • thats what im trying to figure out. I’ve also got pfeiffer but i think he might be subbed not to sure. I’ve led towards devon smith

    • Devon Smith. I would say he is more likely to score 70+ than Adams is.

  • HepD out will hurt me bad if Spurr doesn’t play…would mean a Krispy Kreme.

  • Kruezer vs Melbourne considering Warnock and Hampson also playing OR Giles vs Essendon?
How does Kruezer go playing more up forward than in ruck?

  • Hall is not listed as an emergency on the AFL list for Sunday teams any more WTF
