I didn’t touch my team this week, finished 199. Concentrated more on my tipping, got all 9 and finished with a ranking of 8. Happy with that.

gee unlucky mate.You’ll need a lot of luck in 2025 indeed. To have captaincy scores under 100 when you can pick 2 players from the cream of the crop for each round is pretty embarrassing.

For me, it was Clark, Sicily, Young, Merrett, Laird, Gawn, Miers and Phillipou (S. Brain). Yes, it was brutal.
I’ve been unable to trade, so I still had Reid (99) on the bench to cover Peatling. Pure luck, but my F6 has averaged 96 for the last 3 rounds, so I’m quite happy with that!

If u have non playing defender ie z reid, you could see what Humphrey’s scores as emergency ( Geelong play b4 north mel) and field mckercher. If Humphrey’s scores well, substitute mckercher with z Reid and get Humphrey’s score.
That’s what I’m doing with mat roberts (on field)with mckercher as emerg.
Z fisher might be grabbing all half back disposals since returning, and mckercher floating around ground. Previous encounter, only sheezel scored 100.
After saying all that, I’m unsure with Humphrey’s lack of consistency over last few weeks, ie compared to my Matt Roberts. Humphrey’s did go missing in 2nd half against stkil last week, but that was when they started losing.(also only scored 73 against northmel). West Coast should be a given win…ie help stat’s?.
Overall I think mckercher is the better play, but why not have two shots with the above strategy, if u can.
