i’m now at delete the team art of the year.. hung around the top 500ish for most of the season, but have taken a couple big risks in the hope of jumping into the top 200ish range which has been my downfall..
– Ridley in for Crisp instead of taking Humphries 73 and upgraded English to Marshall was a big kick in the guts, BUT..
– Keays in for Dowling was a bloody stinker, especially with Dawson out.
BOTH my ins from last week are back out to Treloar & Peatling (can handle 60s from my F6 if he’s under 500k)..

I was thinking the same thing, Doug must be on the drug again
because i traded Ridley in for Crisp instead of taking Humphries 73 and upgrading* (not upgraded, my bad) English to Marshall..
if Humphries went 1 more +6 and sat at 79 for the game, i woulda held Crisp (on the bench) and used my 2nd trade to upgrade English to Marshall..
but gambled that Ridley+English would outscore Marshall+73..

1 – English & Grundy to Xerri & Marshall
2 – Rozee & Dale to Treloar & Sinclair

Call me an idiot, but I see the Xerri-Marshall combo earning quite a few more points than Treloar and Sinclair. Obviously Treloar is a gun, but Xerri will probably go big again this week with a nice matchup + Marshall in ripper form. Sinclair has been good as well but nothing compared to the two rucks. Idk just my thoughts.
I agree Jeremy, had them all season set and forget reason why I’m in the top 200. Can’t see Dulcify anywhere north of that.
Jag67. Please ignore the advice I gave yesterday. Apparently I missed the memo that said anyone not inside the top 200 should not give advice. I will refrain from giving advice until I get into the top 200. Funny thing is that coaches ranked 102 and below win the same prize.

Thanks for trying anyway. I know this time of year everyone has no idea and is clueless so why bother if you’re not in that top level at quizzy bees. We can both safely say it’s been a tough waste to the year and will study a bit harder next pre season. Peace out, I’m cooked and done. Bring on AFLW at least my rankings look better there.

Your Def, Mid and Fwd lines all look pretty good, maybe you should try to target Xerri or Marshall. Probably just aim for one a week by downgrading your rookies.
Check McKerch gets up for the game, another option is to get Peatling / Phil’oo at F7 to loop if Dowling fails

I already won my league and now I’ve pulled the easiest matchup (Bloke stopped playing after rd3) So my thought is to bank the 260 for Dowling and Mannagh to trade out next week allowing me to buy one of the big boys in the middle like Trealor, plus Roberts will make me money.
