It is announced that half back defender Kaleb Smith (Def $200k) will debut for the Tigers. It is also confirmed that Lloyd Meek will miss for the hawks.

Wednesday – Early news

Teamsheets have dropped! Early news for the 1st (or is it 5th) main bye. Any player with the surname Richards is injured this week, with Ed Richards on concussion protol for the dogs, and rookie gun Joe Richards out for an extended period up to 6 weeks with a foot injury. Also out for pies for more weeks is Jordan De Goey with an abdomen injury. Bench rookie Jhye Clark is reported for 1 week just in time for the byes, and fellow cat Cam Guthrie is out for a couple with an achilles injury. Stephen Coniglio who was looking to be a decent POD is out for 4-6 weeks with a shoulder injury, as is Harry Perryman, but could be good news for giants other mids or rookies. Lastly if you are oneof the unlucky coaches who grabbed Shai Bolton (he was looking top 6 forward earlier in the year) hes out with concussion protocol. As reported Luke Parker didnt succeed in his appeal and is suspended for a lengthy period until round 18.

Also a disaster if you held Connor Rozee who struggled las game on return and is out again with an injury..

Notes: We knew that Joe Richards was out injured for pies, and rookie Edward Allan also has been omitted. Pies cashcow options Finlay Macrae and Jack Bytel are back in. FOr the dogs, they lose Ed Richards due to concussion protocol.

Notes: Lots of changes, but not many that are DT relevant. Rookie Tyrell Dewar is dropped, and we get to see Matt Flynn debut as ruck for his new club the Eagles.

Nate Caddy after a decent debut is listed as out with an illness. Ive read some reports Goldstein could be rested for Nick Bryan this week, but check the extended bench selections.
