This website used to be so good. Now all the good stuff is behind a paywall. Sucks for those struggling with cost of living.
We either pay a little bit for it, or the traders get their funding from somewhere else. Which means our screens will be full of adverts. I prefer the advert free screens myself . . . . .

We’re posting free stuff here – but we’re having to do more on AFL site than we ever have (and that’s all free to consume – go to http://afl.com.au/fantasy for all our work there).
The way people consume things is changing a lot – social is making a typical website like this a bit unviable (ie. our Google ads don’t even cover the server now) – and Patreon as a platform has allowed us to do mostly bonus content for those dedicated people in the community.
Cost of living sucks – we are part of it (we’re teachers and we are one of the lowest paid professions). If you’re not in a position to be part of it, all good… but there’s A LOT of free content out there from us.
We used to have more time in our lives for super regular stuff here, but with the AFL stuff we worked so hard to get our foot in the door (and continue to work hard at), we’ve had to work out how to make it all fit.
That said, we’ve just finished 52 player previews in the Deck of DT, this was a bonus Cal wanted to get out there… and if you come back tonight, I am putting finishing touches on a piece.
They deserve to be behind a paywall. Can you imagine NBA or NFL commentators doing this for free? They have upped their game heaps this season. Anyways the more eyes it gets the better!
