fuck, that massive jump from Sexton screwed my plans.. banked a heap of $$ for a bit of a sideways + upgrade, but the upgrade part now has me falling short of Rozee by like 15k (took a gamble that he played and dropped 20k due to his BE)..
next best batch i can get, all with question marks, is:
– JHF (good scoring potential and K:H ratio, but he gets rested forward a bit)
– Clark (couple stinkers, but 7 scores in the 90s although only 1 BIG score)
– Crisp (back to his best last 3 weeks, but a high score of 77 across his first 7)
– Trac (fallen premo, only gone 77+ 1 in the last 5 games as he plays deep fwd)
Crisp I reckon, he’s doing so well because of that new role and it will probably stick. you’ve probably missed the boat on clark and jhf and trac could be very inconsistent
Early thoughts:
Baker & Moore > Flanders & Sexton
OR
Thomas & Howes > Rook and Sexton
I like fixing up Baker and Moore since rooks are performing fine in the forward line.
Just heard some breaking news from the Sydney site. Horse has turned his focus to bulldogs this week and has pencilled in a James Jordon tag on the bont. Something to think about. Good luck.

Looking to get Sexton in. Who goes – Clohesy, Reid, or McKercher?
McKercher will of course go if he’s still injured, but if he’s back I could keep him until the bye? His BE is still in the 20s. Reid and Clohesy have BEs of 58 and 54, which is getting a bit high. Reid has scored below 58 five times, while Clohesy hasn’t scored below 54 once. That makes me want to trade Reid.
i have the same dilemma, probably leaning towards reid over clohesy
I have some other options, could trade out powell maybe?
Mmm, to be honest I still feel like Powell is arguably a top 6 FWD. He averages 90 if you take away that one game where he was inexplicably thrown forward. I’m doing Reid -> Sexton I think, or McKercher -> Sexton if he’s not named.
yeah i agree, but also powell hasn’t been too good the last few weeks and comes up against port this week. Still leaning towards reid to sexton but powell will definitely go before his bye for me
Reid to go but it’s risky keeping McKercher cause it could flare up.

I’d keep Clohsey if possible. Plenty of value left, good bye, flexibility and one of the few reliable rookie options able to be fielded.

One of Sexton, Miers, Waterman or Hill probably
Wouldn’t trust Hill if i were you, nor Waterman since he is a key forward. I have been rolling with Miers for a few weeks and the consistency is great, and am bringing in Sexton this week so my forward line doesn’t have any rookies. Would go for Miers and/or Sexton.

I don’t hate it, if he gets forward status. If you take out his sub affected 23 he averages in the high 70’s… However, he’s a bit like a poor mans Tom Powell and a lot of people are getting ready to get rid of Powell over his byes.
Yeah I’d leave him alone. Much better options out there
Who is the highest priority to get rid of, Fyfe or MacRae? Fyfe has an alright fixture and BE of 92, Macrae has a horrendous fixture and BE of around 100

Fyfe first, I think Xerri we be alright this week.
Fyfe to Fisher after the bye. Xerri can stay there, more than happy for him to be last “upgraded” (if it’s even one) if that’s the case.
