Prioritising team development over the byes will have people a premium ahead for the next 3 months, not just a 1 week coinflip with sjdeways trading bye players.
Thoughts on holding Will Powell? I’ve had him since the start. But hasn’t quite got to the output I thought he might get under Dimma

In a similar boat, im probably going to downgrade whitfield to d’ambrosio, then upgrade sexton to a stronger forward . Possibly to Macrae if he comes back for the dogs, had a massive game in the vfl and if he comes back to the midfield going to think about it.

Any other Salem owners concerned that he was on like 40 points halfway through the last quarter and banked 60 odd points in junk time playing kick to kick with the full back?

He’s always done well by me. Actually considering trying to get him in, and already have 7 “premium” (ish) defenders if you include Yeo.
Value is value, and he’s a proven top 6 defender. Can’t really go wrong I think, just an issue of whether or not there’s enough value there to warrant prioritising him now.
Oh, I never said he wasn’t a decent pick, just that he’ll score 45 one week and 160 the next, and be suspended for 2 or 3 weeks. But he’ll still average 105+ while making you lose your hair in the process.
Hey, a question around vc vs captain loophole. So with with best 18 on field how does this work. So for example this week if I put vc on Dawson and a c on Bont and I want to keep Dawson score how do I play it . Do I just put c on a non player on bench?
Non playing player must be on field, and you set them Captain.
Be careful with match schedule and late selections etc, don’t want an emergency coming in and getting a game.

Coffield and Reid: Reid will probably sit until closer to mid season byes. Coffield i should trade but can’t go up and not much to go down, might wait till next round.

Arkward price range with arkward players, Jordan Clarke has value to make or perhaps wait for Siicily to drop next week or bring back Whitfield next week and reinvest elsewhere.
I’ve still got the ability to buy players from 800k-1mil but struggling to find which is the best option.
Jordan Clarke has some money to make, JJ has the eagles this week too and also going up in price, both you can play for few weeks then upgrade to N. Daicos after his bye. Otherwise just pick Tom Stewart since opposition coaches never man him up anyway.

Not enough in my opinion, you need Powell, Duursma, Pink, LDU, Warlaw and Bailey Scott as well.

Would Bont to Steele be ok if it gets you Reid to MDA and a bit of money left over. Rumours of Bont missing this week and has been underwhelming so far. Steele looking good though.

Started the year of really bad. I want to trade out whitfield and sexton.. Sexton to Powell already locked in. Do i go:
