Fyfe and Wines could be among the best picks this season but you’re right in that they both come with considerable risk, at the moment I think they’re probably worth it.

:- got a good amount of $$ left, so still tinkering, but trying to load up with defenders, or potential defenders, over forwards, hence martin, sexton & even roberts..
:- sharp i’m not confident at M8 & my man crush on wardlaw meant i want to slot him in, so martin over a treloar type lets me put george at M6..
:- both rucks are undervalued and i’m comfortable running them for the whole year (injuries permitting), so fading xerri unfortunately..
:- steele & ldu could see a shift based on this weeks games, could go to treloar or brayshaw..
also, i’ll save you time @GrapeEater45 “this team is horrid”, we know..
also probably drop some of the bench rookies for cheaper options depending on who is named (mannagh, wilson, hall etc)..

rookie shuffle probs sees LDU up to Brayshaw.. also Lazzaro is a cash cow only (if named) but he could go to Windsor (if named) to give me some extra $$..
although, with Parker now out, i’m likely to find some extra $$ to bring in Adams again (originally chose Fyfe & Jordan as their risk vs reward feels higher, but all 3 likely to make the final cut)..

I’m locking in Gawn and Jordon atm I think, the Adams incident doesn’t look to be bad but I don’t want him playing half a game then coming off because of precautionary stuff in the future. It all depends on the other games though and OR. If Xerri does really well on Sunday and Gawn does bad in OR then I might swap it around but we’ll see, or if I need the cash. Other forwards could spring up as well.

Is Fyfe at f1 worth it if it gives me a midfield of Brayshaw, Laird, Rozee, Steele, Ldu and Newcombe?
Not sure about the midfield, but Fyfe at F1 is reasonable, given the lack of quality premiums down forward at the moment. I currently have him there with the question marks over Macrae.
