How are you using 3 trades?
RDT and Supercoach have a feature “trade boost” it allows you to make 3 trades in a single round, They are not extra trades they come off your total trades. In RDT you get 5 not sure about SC as i do not play it.

Considering Sammy Ryan.
An immediate cash return from him the next week or two removes some of the risk, and his JS looks decent with Nank and Lynch being out for a while. Don’t really need him playing on ground with Dunks/Tarrantino/Rozee/Ziebull/Cheezel and Cogs (Chandler filling in for him at the moment while Cogs bolsters my mids), so a slow burn on the bench is fine. The DPP also handy backup for the ruck line in case carnage strikes at an inopportune time.

I’m not sure you’re around the cash gen issues that the entire comp is up against Liz.
He has the 2nd lowest BE in the game, behind Cincotta who I already have, and probably the best JS of any rookie/cash cow besides the ones everyone has.
If you’re one of the guys with a list worth $20m, by all means sideways your completed list, but for the rest of us, we need to make bank to fund future upgrades.
If you’re able to make an argument as to why you believe it’s a wasted trade, I’m all ears.
I have Samson and it’s been great. Nank will be back in 1-2 weeks so be wary. But this is why I’m considering Atkins, the cash gen. But the JS worries me too much unfortunately
