Y r they trading treloar, is he injured?
Looks to be a minor injury at the end of the game, nothing said but could miss next week, if so then must trade unless you have rrly good bench cover
Trade Out Himmelberg or Nic Martin?
Keep Himmelberg, no one could take a mark in those conditions, not surprising he didn’t score great, he’ll bounce back next week no problem. Trade Martin imo.
100mm of rain, if he somehow took some easy marks I would have been easily impressed
Thanks Angus. Martin goes
Would you trade out Hately before my last two rooks on field, Soligo and JHF or De Koning as F6
My team is crap I know but any help would be appreciated
JHF down to Burgoyne an de koning up to someone good
I was considering this straight shooter
But considering Hately is scoring similar to rookies and out on a wing which doesn’t suit him, I’ve gone him up too Andy Brayshaw
And then I can basically go JHF or Soligo up to anyone next week
(Only playing for league aswell since my ranking is crap)
Versing the bottom team this week also
Keays or Merrett?
Both have a good run home.
Already have Keays, getting Merrett this round, looking at Taranto next week
I had the same dilemma last week and went Keays. Both scored well but I kinda want Merrett too, looking at Steele and Taranto this week also
TY Kurt
Taranto and Wines or Sidebum and Steele.
Taranto and Wines easy
Sidebottom isn’t an option..
GG, Taranto and Steele.
Upgrade Hately to Brayshaw or hold him and upgrade JHF/soligo to Keays or Duncan which means keeping the stupid Hately
Pick up Massimo or Callum M Brown?
Speakano scored 132 first up after a 5 week layoff due to injury in round 11. He scored 138 against the Swans in round 3. Is he back this week?
Neale scored 145 against the Bombers in round 2 after they let him run free. Will the Bombers do that again?
I’m thinking VC on Speakano and C on Neale this week.
Who to pick up out of torranto or petracca ??
Trac isn’t playing ADE every week, his next few look much harder. Go TT
Keays worth getting?
Keays had a really good start to the season, but has really dropped off badly. While Adelaide have a good run home, they have had a relatively easy run in the last few rounds, during which he has scored 84 vs the Weagles when they were still witches hats, 75 vs Suns, only 110 vs the Northern witches hats and a good score of 123 vs Melbourne. I wouldn’t rank the first three of these as worthy scores. Does his latest score represent a form reversal? It is risky. If you are chasing a value pick who is capable of higher scores, go ahead; however, his BE is 87, so he will likely go up in value, but not a great deal. He is unlikely to be a top 8 mid during the last part of the season.
I think Keays is worth getting. He will probably finish just outside the top 8 mids. I have him and I’m happy with what he is scoring. And besides, no one will finish the season with all the top 8.
Look at some scores against North, Walsh 97, Kelly 95, Mills 106, Neale 86. Neale also has a 113 against WC when they were terrible and a woeful 79 against the Dees. Pendles seems to think that scores of 110 and 123 against the Roos and the Dees aren’t good enough.
C.Brown or Burgoyne? Not sure of JS for either of them, didn’t see a lot of footy this weekend either.
Brown – will he kick 4 goals and lay 6 tackles a game from 69% TOG? What a start he has made. Burgoyne – 17 disposals on debut, with 14 by foot and 86% TOG.
I would wait to see the team announcements, but both are enticing options. Brown is more expensive and maybe riskier if he relies on goals each week, but has a good ceiling and is willing to tackle.
Thanks Pendles – team lists will help.. love the -17 BE of Brown and def/fwd status but 4 goals won’t happen often. Things to ponder
Talking about flogs Calvin. Have you looked in the mirror lately?
How many weeks before the ‘normal’ league finals?
You can’t take too many chances this time of year.
