Shags’ Watchlist
If you jumped on Dom Sheed (Mid/Fwd $511,000) a few weeks ago you’d be laughing. Hes been in great form with a 3 round average of 111.3 and gained $150k. I’d argue that you’d likely missed the boat to grab him now, however since our premo forwards this year are so weak he’s just as likely as many to be a top forward by end of year.

Shags’ Watchlist
Forgotten Blues Irish recruit whom we haven’t seen since 2014, Ciaran Sheehan (Def $150,000) reemerges in the Blues lineup. If his scores in 2014 are anything to go by, he doesnt have too much scoring potential, however he plays a similar style to Tuohey rebounding from half-back line and the fews years may have given him some form and experience. Definitely watchlist, brave soul to jump on week 1.

OUT: B.Cunnington (Suspension), T.Dumont (Managed)
Shags’ Watchlist
There are some teams who still have Mitchell Hibberd (Def $150,000) on their bench from round one where he scored an abysmal 24. That score will hold his price increase ability down as well, however he was in everyones teams for a reason (Mostly becuase we needed a cheap def rookie). Anyway we do get to have another look at him, and unlike most rookies his BE is a bit higher so he wont go up too much for next week even if he goes ok.

OUT: S.Selwood (hamstring), T.Stewart (facial fracture), G.Horlin-Smith (ankle), D.Lang (leg)
Shags’ Watchlist
Yay! a late season debut with Zach Guthrie (Def $150,000) younger brother to Cameron Guthrie, and reportedly plays a similar game style to his brother. Job security is obviously a concern, and he is a very young debut. However at this stage of the season, if you need a downgrade hes a good option.

OUT: B.Houli (Suspension), S.Bolton (Managed)
Shags’ Watchlist
Another late season debut, the Fantasy Gods are on our side for once. Tyson Stengle ($150,000) is a exciting small forward who was Tigers first pick in last years draft and who has been performing well in the seconds. Job security is an obvious concern, as is any rookie debuting this late in the season.

OUT: D.Beams (Shoulder)
Shags’ Watchlist
Alex Witherden (Def/Mid $225,000) was very impressive on Debut with an impressive 77, but more importantly looked like a ready made footballer out there. He’s now a bit pricey for a downgrade, and there are cheaper options available, however if you are looking for a solid player as a backup or need him to be on field, he’s a good chance to be a very solid cashcow. AS always for a sunday game, check extended bench selections, even though he’s named on the field.

OUT: J.Aish (Omitted), B.Crocker (Omitted)
Shags’ Watchlist
Steele Sidebottom (Mid $642,000) has been all the rage in Fantasy this week, and for good reason, the POD is only got 2.65% ownership is sitting on an awesome 5 round average of 126.4. He’s had a couple of wonky 60’s scores where he looked really lazy on field, but he looks to have put that out of his games now. Jump on board!

Shags’ Watchlist
Its hard to tell who is going to be a top 6 forward this year, Koby Stevens (Mid/Fwd $517,000) is another in the categiry of almost there.
Jumped off to a great start since his first games, but scored low against North and Crows, two teams however players dont score well against. Last week he jumped back into the high scores getting a high 115. Personally Id like to see another decent score or two before jumping on just to prove his consistency.
