Very simply, you need to fill in the following form with your FULL NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, SPORTINGBET MEMBERS ACCOUNT PIN number (see above what this number is when you’re logged into your account) and then select the PLAYER WHO YOU THINK WILL SCORE THE MOST and HOW MANY POINTS THEY WILL SCORE. One entry per person. In the case of a tie, the person who entered first will be awarded as the winner.
