  • Good stuff lads

  • Good stuff guys. Team locked in, now to await news on essendon players and the rookie selections

    • Yep – don’t do too much tinkering this week. Save it for after the Essendon rubbish on Tuesday.

Set up an Elite draft league! Post the code here… others will join I reckon!

  • Pendles or Sidey and why?
    Pendles reliable
    Sidey higher ceiling

  • Very enjoyable show as always fellas!

  • Top sure as always fellas. Keep up the good work!

  • Good stuff as always. Cheers.

Few spots left in a competitive AF league JD62TD5L

  • Thanks for the kind comments guys… the whole live thing is very fun! Thanks for tuning in. One more BIG pre-season show, then we’ll be into the ‘normality’ of in-season podcasts.

Just out of interest, does anyone listen live via http://www.cityparkradio.com?

    • I listened for a bit at the beginning, Loved you reading the weather Warnie.

      • BTW Warnie, Thanks for the show, it is a great listen every week.

        • Haha – the weather. So much info to read out! Ticking the boxes for our show. We even have a sponsor on there now when you listen live. I would love to know how many actually listen to the radio (or switch off). It’s quite a varied station. Our slot is wedged between a big band show and a multicultural show.

          Thanks for tuning in!

    • I’ve tried to get it Warnie via the Tune in app. It is very laggy though as I live in WA, although I am more than happy to wait for it to come onto this site!

  • Lol Warnie. A teacher saying something is “very fun”.

Keep up the good work on the site.

  • Guys, get rid of the shot clock. If people want quick info they can read it in the notes. We want discussion over each player pros/cons type stuff.

Take the time to discuss the players and don’t sacrifice the quality of your work.

I personally really appreciate the work, but don’t rush yourselves stick to what has worked for you.

    • We only have a certain amount of time for the show, that’s why we introduced the shotclock. A bit of fun for this week… 9 games is a lot to get through.

If we did it like we did for the other weeks, it would have been around 30-35 mins of chatting about the games leaving no time for chatting with Pendles, talking about our players in our respective positions or answering tweets. I totally hear you, but we made the decision to do it like this for this show due to time constraints.

Tune in next week for what will be a HUGE discussion show on a truckload of players – opened up for the audience to throw their two cents in!

      • How awesome would it be if we could connect via Skype or via speakpipe with you guys! Would be bloody good

  • Rockliff and money aside who do people think the will be the top 5 premo mids for the year?

    Fyfe too underlooked?

  • Hallahan vs Wallis??

    • Probably Wallis…Rocket didnt sound too impressed with Hallahans performance the other day

  • Anyone got any leagues that I could join?

  • another great podcast lads…any reason why you guys have not included Rich or Van Berlo in ur mids? Thought they would be no brainer selections….

    • they’ve been scoring only a bit better than a rookie so at this stage they don’t really seem worth the extra money. Rich could become a defender rd 6 though.

  • I’m with Calvin on his Gibson pick. As long as Frawley and Lake stay fit to play the shutdown roles (there’s the risk) he’ll float about the backline picking up +6s. Opps coaches aren’t gonna worry about shutting him down with the likes of Suckling and Birchall to worry about. In my team currently (RDT so massively risky pick)

  • Havnt seen fyfes name appear in too many teams? Anything to do with freo hard run at the start? Or is there simply better options?

  • Can somebody please tell me the hype behind Taylor Hunt? Am I missing something? it’s just that his NAB games haven’t been that outstanding I don’t know what everybody else is going off?

  • Great podcast guys! I was just wondering how I join my school league? It asks for a league code which I do not have. Cheers
