In August of 2009, Paul from RunDoggieRun.net came to us with a great little doggie to get on in a sydnicate. We snapped up 25% between us blokes and we’re looking forward to seeing her run in 2010! Greyhound News: 12/02/10

Did someone ask how Swannie went in her first race? Well, our princess finished first. That’s right, in front of every other dog in the race. Not only did she beat them… she smashed them by 13 and a half lengths! Oh yeah! Check out the video below! This is the start of something special!

This is exciting! Swannie is confirmed for her first race tomorrow night at Bendigo. Check her out on the Rocket Scientist (page 14). Unfortunately this won’t be televised, however if she gets through to the final, be ready next Thursday arvo! Stay tuned!

Swannie had a rest for a couple of weeks and has been back into training and trialling over the last couple of weeks… and with awesome results. The video below is Swannie beating her sister in a trial on the 29th December . Have a look at that early speed! Oh yeah! Stay tuned to DT Talk, she won’t be far away from her first race!

Things are starting to get a bit exciting… we wanted to name our princess “DT TALK”, however we can’t use initials. So the name of the very first DT Talk Greyhound will be (as long as the powers to be accept it):

The dogs name is going to be “DT TALK” but we needed to give her a kennel name. It ended up being “Swannie” after Dane Swan, the best DT player of 2009. She seems to be travelling along quite well. Doing very well in her trials at Sandown Park. Hopefully we will see her in action soon. Below is a video from a trial on the 21st September, 2009. She’s so fast, she catches the rabbit!
