Its finally started! I have been hanging for Finals Dream Team to start since Rd 13 this year. But my start reflects my very hung over mood on this Saturday morning. Gia was a little roughie for me as he scratched up his 118, but its all down hill from there. Aker 89 was ok and Hargrave (66) will be sent to his bloody grave. Lots of people will be pissed off with Hodgey (65) and I’m also crabby with Birchall’s 68. Buddwood (116) was my last player of last night and I’m too hung to continue writing so I am going to satofpvlcnscschjwtngbf

Defenders

Scott Selwood is leading the way for the defenders. Averaging only 45 but has a BE of -24 this week after a good fortnight. Coaches that have hung onto Albert Proud can expect another price rise since he has a BE of -7 this week. DT Talks own Bock Dog has been pushed forward the past couple of weeks and his scores have suffered, Bocky needs 124 to hold his price.

Midfield

Brad Dalziell has kept his average over 100 and had the biggest first price rise I have ever seen, almost doubling in price in one week. He still has a BE of -58. Absolute bargains to be had here. 6th highest scoring player in the competition Scott Thompson is at 355k and 7th highest scorer Daniel Cross is at 357k. Both will be cheap next week as well since they need 116 and 110 respectively to hold their price. Coaches that may be looking to pick up Gablett in a couple of weeks for a prelim or grand DT final will be glad he is playing. He needs 213 to hold his price and will be much more affordable in a couple of weeks.

Forwards

Addam Maric from Melbourne is still listed for 83k and has a BE of -49 this week. Buddy Franklin priced at 338k has a BE of only 32, so if you have Didak it is only 5k more to get budwood. The Voldt continued his poor scoring against Port Adelaide last week, and now needs 149 to hold his price.

DT Talk Host with the most, and best Dream Team coach out of the lot of us, Roy, is celebrating his birthday today. All he wishes for is no donuts, just a full 22 playing this week! And a win over Gregory this week in our League game!

According to an article on news.com.au, two Collingwood players have been involved in a drink driving incident last night at around 11:30pm. Apparently a 22 year old driver (rumoured to be Heath Shaw) ploughed into some parked cars… and blew over the legal limit. The article says “Collingwood has refused to comment on the claims, but the club has said it will issue a statement later today.” Therefore, it must involve someone from the club… here it comes, a f*cking Round 19 Club Suspension! Remind you of anyone else?

UPDATE: The Collingwood Football Club can confirm Heath Shaw was in a minor car accident when the car he was driving made contact with a stationary vehicle last night. Heath was not injured, however police later charged him with drink driving.
The club will hold a press conference at the Lexus Centre at 2pm today. There will be no further comment from anyone at the club until that time.

ANOTHER UPDATE: Eddie McGuire has said that they will not drop Heath Shaw this week! He will cop a massive fine and “Mick will sort him out on the training track”. SOURCE: An angry Eddie McGuire interview on SEN. Oh boy… Heater will get 150 this week! Go son!

So Vin, Chopper and Tit-ed are sitting watching the football tonight (Haw vs Coll) and Tit-ed said how he’d not wanna meet Luke Hodge in a dark alley. Then the arguement arupted. Who was tougher and who would you wanna fight the LEAST in a death match? Like right to the death, no weapons, until you were dead! Seriously, until either you or ‘him’ were dead. Chopper don’t wanna fight Campbell Brown, Vin don’t wanna cross Jordan Lewis and Tit-ed is happy to stay clear of Hodge. Have your say… Vote now on who you think would bring death upon you quicker!
