  • Team name: Mastered UI Goku
    Round 3: 2146
    Results: W x 5
Guns: Fyfe Titch Laird Gibbs Cogs Gawn
    Spuds: Parker Treloar
Vent/brag/whatever: ranked 86th overall only 160 off first, started like a house on fire

  • Team name: Wathen FC
    Round 3: 2194
    Results: W
Studs: Fyfe, Titch, Stef, Gawn, Laird, Waterman, Murray
    Duds: Parker, Merrett (GONE)
On the Chopping Block: Merrett definitely after week after week of poor scores. Has to go. Liam Ryan has been great since R1 for me but I don’t think he’ll be playing for the next few weeks.
Vent/Brag/Whatever: Moved my rank up heaps to 3464 overall, 147 rank for Round 3. Would have been within the top 100 if I didn’t own that headache also known as Zerrett. To think he was once in contention for pig status baffles me…

  • Team Name: MadiNateRDT
    Round 3 Scores: 2080
    League Results: WL
Studs: STEF, Gawn, Cogs, Titch (C), Laird
    Duds: Billings, Whitfield, Neale, Parker
On the Chopping Block: Whitfield, Billings, Neale
Vent/Brag/Whatever: Managed to go up in the rankings a little bit, but I’m super PO’d at Whitfield. I’m just glad I smartly got rid of Zerrett in week 1 after that concussion!

  • Team Name: All Blockers
    Round 3 Score: 2049
    League Results: WWWLL
Studs: Titch, Laird, Gawn, Stef, Walters
Duds: Parker, Whitfield, Neale, Steven, Billings, Parish and disappointed with others
On the Chopping Block: Despite the above Brayshaw and Venables
Vent/Brag/Whatever: Big gambles in starting with Parish, Steele, McGrath and Rampe did not pay off.

  • Merrett to T Kelly then Neale to Llyons – I want my money back! Kelly should get a few more weeks with the two outs in the mids for Geelong.
Holding O’connor and Langdon for now. Venebles and Waterman won’t last too much longer.
    786k in the bank.

  • Team Name: Muzz Dogs
    Round 3 Scores: 2036
    League Results: WW
Studs: Martin, Gibbs, Laird, Gawn, Cogs and McLean
Duds: Billings, Treloar, Parker and despite being a rookie, Venables.
On the Chopping Block: Treloar and O’Shea (That didn’t work out as planned :P)
Vent/Brag/Whatever: Venables nearly cost me everything due to his woeful showing compared to his teammate in Waterman. I was biting my nails watching my opponents score edge closer and closer and Watermans (who my opponent fielded) steadily rising whilst Venables (who I foolishly fielded over Waterman) sat at 25 for a fair chunk of the third and last quarter. I made a vow to never put Venables on the field over Waterman again.

  • Looking to trade out Treloar but not sure who?? Options are Hunter/Steven/Macrae or Lyons they are all off too a nice start this year any suggestion on who will be most reliable, cheers

  • Conigilo is another option too, cheers

  • Team name: but I like vanilla!
    Round 3: 1989
    Results: WL
Guns: Murray, Mitchell, Mills, Coniglio, Gawn
Spuds: Billings, Hibberd, D Smith, Shiel, Parker
Vent/brag/whatever: re 1989. I think it’s curious that the AFL GF in 1989 of Hawthorn v Geelong is regarded s one of the greatest, & in the same year in the NRL, Canberra beat Balmain (Winfield Cup champions!) in what is regarded as one of the greatest rugby league GF’s played.
