  • Fucking hell wouldve gotten rid of Robbo for Beams long ago if I knew he was going to be out for this long.

  • at least sideys back!

  • with three trades left and only $35k in the bank, do i go Shuey -> Murphy for more reliability and an extra $57k??

  • Robbo and Buddy…

  • what about heath shaw?

he wont get a rest and he plays STK, SYD, NTH, WCE, ESS all besides sydney are reasonably well scored against DT wise and he is only in about 35000 teams should score well for the rest of the year and silly as it sounds is kind of a unique this year. worth trading in?

    THOUGHTS APPRECIATED

    • no….he is a collingwood scumbag

      • Yeah sounds good, heppell if you dont have him is another option, quite unique and with Stanton out might spend more time in the middle

      • Scumbag or not, Heater is a good shout. He could just as easily lose you a DT final as win you one, but he is an important part of a good side fighting to stay in the top 4. Be warned though that he could possibly take a poo on a police car next week and miss the rest of the season.

      • Heath Shaw will never be in my team again after last year’s betting performance. Traded him in the night before, flog….

    • I got him about round 9, and haven’t been too impressed as yet.

On the other hand he plays really, really well when Maxwell, Reid and Tarrant/Brown play in the backlines, so he looks set for a few big scores.

  • 3 trades left with 160 salary cap..

    do i go

    franklin > beams
    or
    robinson > beams

thought robinson would be back by now…

    thoughts please

    • 160k salary cap*

    • They’ll both be back next week do if your sitting in the 8 comfortably don’t bother.

    • They both might be back next week so if your sitting in the 8 comfortably don’t bother.

      • Sorry for multiple post, tried to change last minute

      • im 4th and might drop out on % so i need to keep my position so i was thinking getting beams in otherwise i’ll get 3 donuts.

        stevie j > beams
        robinson > beams
        franklin > beams

+ i have patton so my forward line looks horrible this week, need to get out the player who is least likely to play next week

    • how can you even think of swapping a carlton player for a collingwood maggot???

  • Only two trades left, 100K in hand, facing two donuts and need to win this week. Thinking either Stanton -> Murphy and Pfeiffer to Fyfe OR Stanton to O’Keefe, so I can put O’Keefe in my forward line and Gibson on the field from my bench. Any advice? Anything I haven’t thought of?

  • Probably too much to ask that Hall would get a game! I can dream…

  • Robbo said he’d be back this week on twitter…..LIAR!!!

  • Why the f*ck did I buy Stanton over Watson at about round 7 or 8.

Anyone else do this as well?

    • Stanton was never going to sustain his form. Even when he pulled those 170-190’s out of his arse anyone who has watched him enough would know it woas just a mmentary purple patch.

Had Watson since the start, not going to lie, I’ve loved it.

      • Well done mate, Watto is a gun and he is durable, I probably should have thought of that.

As a Bombers supporter, I’ve loved it too ;)

        • ive had both from the start fkn wish i didnt have stanton anymore

swan gaj wato stanton and ebert pfft no trades left ohh well sitting in second

      • umm look at his averages and score when zaha is there and when zaha isn’t.

Which states he clearly had too much of a workload without zaha.

    • +1 :( Think i’m gonna give him the boot now that were at the pointy end of the season. Need performers, not bench warmers

  • hi all
help please as i dont know who to trade out for swan
have 7 trades $460000 in the bank and midfield is
    ablett,j.selwood,lenny h.sloane,pendes,daisy bench devon,s gibson
    happy with the coverage
all thoughts would be welcome thanks

  • Is Couch gonna ever get a game?

  • Does Tom Bell look like he’s gonna miss the cut, last on interchange? Would be annoying for anyone looking to downgrade to him (me..)

  • Another week of playing Porps and Treloar as cover in the forward line. I must say that these two have provided great cover over the last few weeks and demonstrate the importance of a quality bench. My big ? is, why is’nt Couch playing..

    • Porps has been awesome, I had him on the field over Goodes till I found out Robinson isn’t back.

He consistently scores in that 80-100 range and now he has gone one step further and got a ton

  • Is Sam Gibson getting a run in anyone elses midfield?

Looks set for a big game against the Doggies, averaging 103 at Etihad Stadium and is playing at Etihad in the next 4 games as well.

    • Only if u have Rockliff the pseudopremium … protip never play Rockliff over Gibson, never!!

    • Flipping a coin between S Selwood and Gibson? Selwood will robably play a tagging role in the derby so a little worried. Then again he could go off for 120??? Decisions decisions.

  • Yes I am naming him as 6th midfielder ahead of Van Berlo.

I was hoping I could turn Van Berlo in to Fyfe but was just short on money, and not sure if 2 trades to get Van Berlo out is worth it at this time of the year.

Fingers crossed Gibson coninutes his form

    • +1

Playing him as Mid 6 with Stants out, I need 100+ from him this week :)

  • Kade Simpson’s back!!!! :’)

  • Sam Shaw, or Mark Baguley

  • When is Fraklin back?
Is stuttering stanton to murphy a good trade – only leave me with three trades for finals though?

  • frak if anyone knows! (love me some BSG)

  • Need some advice everyone.

Currently have 5 trades and 80k and facing a must win game to make top 4.

Def: Deledio, Goddard, Birchall, H Shaw, Lake, Carrazzo, Scotland, S Shaw, Darley

Mid: Boyd, Ablett, Pendlebury, Thompson, Selwood, Barlow, Gibson, Couch

    RucK: Goldstein, Roughead, Stephenson, Redden

Fwd: Franklin, Beams, Sidebottom, Dangerfield, Robinson, Martin, Zorko, Porplyzia, Treloar

Missing Robinson and Franklin so have no forward cover. Should i trade one or both of these or just hope Porps and Treloar get the job done??

    • If you have made the finals hold your trades as porps and trelor have been good cover
      and scoring well

  • Can’t believe we’re already at the serious end of the DT season!

Should finish top 4 in all of my 5 leagues but have had to use all my trades to get there, despite my “save 8 trades for finals” pre-season theory!!

With Broughton, Robinson, Stanton & Franklin out this week I have the following decisions:

DEF: Baguley or Shaw on the field (going Baguley)

MID: Gibson or Winderlich (going Gibson)

FWD: Dickson or Winderlich (this is the tough one, Dickson scored 105 vs Kangas at Etihad earlier this year but has dropped away the last few weeks, Winderlich is fresh and a proven player but only 1 game this season to go on)

    Thoughts guys?

  • It’s 2nd v 3rd in my league this round and it’s looking like I will have to verse him next week too, advice on this would be much appreciated-

Forward line is Beams, Sidebottom, Pavlich, Chapman, Stevie.J, Porps, Martin, Zorko, Smedts

Smedts will be on bench but i dont know who i should put on bench with him.

  • Hey yall, this is my first year of dreamteam and am still getting to grips with it all … i have a Q, why dont you see players names listed for ins and outs or even on the team list, when you know they play for that team?… does it mean that they are out due to long term injury or susp?

thanks to anyone who can help
