  • Great show tonight lads. :)

Like you lot I’m worried after Maxy’s call, Swanny better bloody play! Going Gazza capt, gut feeling he’s gonna explode this week against the tigers, Boyd (vc)…wanna go Swanny, but too many if’s but’s and maybe’s this week for my liking. Keep up the great work guys.

Cheers to Chook for his huge contribution to DT TALK.

    • Hey guys its a bit off topic but I was after handball recieve stats. Anyone know where I could find them cheers. Love the show/website keep up the great work. Scotty Thompson for the c

  • 7 Trades left going for league win, sitting first

    Option 1. Waters to Birchall

Option 2. Waters to M.Johnson, Treloar to Goodes

Option 3. Waters to Suckling, Treloar to Sylvia

    Thoughts

  • In response to re-tweet Calvin posted in regards to Crows going for percentage, I read the opposite. Quote from Brenton Sanderson (read this in news on Footy Live app)

“Honestly, if you gave me a one-point win now, I would take it – and that is serious.” Sanderson told reporters on Wednesday.

“The way the competition is going, you have to keep the foot on the throat so it’s really important that you still play a brand of footy that wins you matches.

I would take a one-point win but, if we could win by more, that is a great bonus.

But the evenness of the competition, winning is paramount”.

This isn’t a bad thing though, shows the crows aren’t taking GWS for granted.

    • Further on GWS vs Crows, and in general people getting excited about premiums automatically gaurnteed big scores against GWS,

Here are some scores from the last Crows vs GWS game

Scott Thompson 109 (highest score for crows)
      Nathan Van Berlo 109
      Rory Sloane 99
      Jason Porplyzia 75
Sam Jacobs 66 (Jonathon Giles scored 101 on him)
      Patrick Dangerfield 66

The crows won by 46 points, you would think they would win by more this game, but it just shows that just cause GWS are a week team doesn’t guarantee massive DT scores

  • I am so over dream team this year. Injuries are just killing me. This week I’ve lost; Ryder, Campbell, Waters, Franklin, Williams. They better make some rule changes next year or I’m gone.

    • +1

14 of my 24 trades this year have been due to injury (Pendles, McEvoy, Fyfe, Zaharakis, Hargrave and Mumford just to name a few)

DT has really pissed me off this year :(

  • Def: Deledio, Waters, Broughton, Goddard, Carrazo, Birchall,Ellis Bench: Bugg and Spurr
Mid: Boyd, thompson, swan, ableyy, mitchell, gibson, bench: smith and pffeifer
Ruck: Maric, Giles, Bench: campbell and redden
Forward: franklin, beams, chapman, dangerfield, martin, zorko Bench: hall and dickson

6 trades left, Trade suggestions? i was thinking dickson too goodes or harvey? then hall to a cheap forward or bugg to a cheap defender suggestions? and have money in the bank, plus ill put zorko in my mid

  • Whos a better option out of M.Johnson, Goodes or Dangerfield ????
    Thoughts please

  • Ryder out for me sucks but I think I will hold. I am 999 overall but I am going for league and the next 4 are all easily winable.

Thinking of getting rid of JMAC for a rook and then upgrading either Hall (BE 16), adams (23) or Dusty (89) to Goodes. Which of those forward/mids should I ditch and which rookie should I pick up? Should I pick up Couch or Baguely? Personally I don’t like their JS one iota.

My Forwards are complete if you include Dusty as F6 and Zorko as F7 but I do want the luxury of a good bench player for my fwd and can be interchanged into the mids through my dpp links.

Is Goodes’ BE 89? I thought it was way lower than that? Can I please get an assistant coach confirmation? If you go by his projected, how much will he go up? Personally I am leaning towards holding this week. 7 trades 32k remaining

  • A big shout-out to Jarrad Redden from Port, he’s been there when I’ve needed him most and he has delivered in spades this week. Well done mate.
