  • OUT: Gary Ablett
    IN: Marc Murphy

    … in 3 weeks time…
    OUT: Dylan Shiel
    IN: Gary Ablett

Midfield: Ablett, Murphy, Pendlebury, Boyd, Rockliff, McDonald (Magner, Greene)

  • Haha just had a look at my opponent for Round 1 Eliminator. His entire team is Western Bulldogs! And I am ranked 1500 overall… I will be one of the first people through to round 2 haha

    • Totto, Not so my friend. My opponent the “Weekend Warriors” (should be “Weak-End Worries”) scored a total of 0 points last week to take his year to date total to 0 points!!! Not bad from the 0 players he has selected though.

      • Haha how does he get to play in the eliminator!! You must be ranked high mate, I thought it was like 1 vs 220,000, 2 vs 219,999, 3 vs 219,998 and so on

        • Not really mate 1563 vs 260,000+. Surely there can’t be that many teams out there scoring nothing that these ones make the eliminator… …bit strange.

          • The Eliminator match-up seems rather random. I’m at 15,000 (not great i admit) so i was expecting to be matched against someone ranked around 245,000 (ie, 15,000 away from the 260,000th ranked team). Not so, I’m playing a team ranked 138,000. I should still win but it’ll be closer than i was hoping.

      • I have a similar opponent 0 points, 0 players selected, his side is blank and called TheSpittingLlamas, what is up with these teams have they been disqualified for some reason or something?

  • Smith to Beams. Considered Chapman, but think there is more upside with Beams

  • Shiels and Smith to Kennedy and Pfeiffer? Have Ablett in my midfield and thought the extra score from Kennedy will help out for now whilst Gaz is out. Left over with only $9000 for now but have a decent midfiled now in Joel and Scott Selwood, Boyd, Gibbs, Magner and Kennedy with Ablett and Greene warming the bench.

  • What do ppl think about Taylor Adams – MID/FWD $124,500 or something like that. avg.71
games played 1 is he worth getting

  • thoughts on

    ablett – barlow (pockets 170k)

cornes – zaha (loss of about 20k)

profit: 150k with 130k in bank, so thats 280k.

then in a few weeks time either conigs/shiel to ablett?

    • Yeah well I’m thinking something similar. Ablett > Murphy. Then in 3 weeks, Greene > Ablett

      • Yep, thinking a bit the same. Bit worried how his knee will go once he’s back in full training, and the likelihood of a few lower scores in the first few games back. Sooooo hard to read this situation.

  • is anyone thinking of lenny hayes

  • is anyone thinking of lenny hayes this year

  • Who should I play mcCarthy or magner

  • Who in the fwd line to bring in for Cornes? Been flat out this week and haven’t weighed up anything!

Bud, Sidey, Martin, Robbo, Kennedy, Porrps, Hall, Treloar are my current others.

Was talking up Tomahawk weeks ago, last year even, and didn’t follow my own advice and may have missed the train. Started with C’sen but got trigger happy after his vests and poor start…

Bring in either of those two, Zaha, Chappy or StevieJ? Or even catch Pfiefer over a gun before he jumps price?

Had to burn a trade on Mummy so can only make the one.

    • trealor is injured, I went with robinson as there isn’t many other fwds that are consistently scoring 100s

      • lol I read your comment wrong, one of the dockers could a good option now that fyfe is out. I’m going to wait a week to see which one will step up but if I had to I would get pavlich.

  • Wow – just watched the GAJ interview and very hard to read what’s going on!
I get the feeling the docs are telling him to put the cue in the rack and he’s just saying he wants to get back ASAP to keep the fans happy but he didn’t really look overly positive about the prospect of coming back for the GWS game!

    • I thought the same. Now decided to pull the trigger. If he rushes it he might tweek it again. I will bring him back in after the bye. Play it safe.

  • Why on earth are people trading out Dylan Shiel already? He has a breakeven of -3! Pfeiffer doesnt have the best job security. My plan is to keep Shiel for another 3 weeks and trade in ZORKO!
YOU NEVER KILL A HALF GROWN COW!

    • never heard of veal?

    • I agree Totto. Not too sure why people are getting rid of him yet. Scores well, will be close to 300,000 in 2 weeks. Very good JS as well.

  • Chad cornes Out (stupid getting him i know) for chappy and ablett out for rockliff.
Initially i was pissed off at mcevoy in the ruck, but right now it is nice to not have one of kreuz, sandi, mumf, cox or goldy.
Plan on picking up ablett in 2-3 weeks using shiel and d smith and my spare $200k

  • Who shhould i play McCarthy or magner

  • What the fark, it says Kruezer is playing?? Is this wrong?

  • Anyone else relieved Devon Smith is playing? Saves me 2 trades and a donut… just hope no one is a late withdrawal. I’m looking at you Porplyzia, Hargrave, Birchall and Smith

  • Jolly out

  • My Team ( current )

    B.Deledio, B.Waters, J.Adcock, M.Clarke, T.Bugg, B.Goddard, D.Heppel

    M.Murphy, S.Pendelbury, J.Bartel, J.Magner, G.Ablett, S.Coniglio

    H.Mctintosh, J.Giles

    M.Robinson, L.Franklin, T.Hawkins, D.Smith, J.Cameron, B.Harvey, C.Hampton

Any thoughts on improving my team?????

    got $161,700 left
