  • need to trade Gibbs thinking Enright/Suckling/Birchall but afraid Hawthorn may rest his players next round, which of these players would you get? (already have Goddard, Deledio, Adcock, S.Martin, Fisher)

and also trading Judd I can get any midfielder I want (I already have Swan, Pendles, Redden, Boyd, Mitchell and I dont want Ablett, because im facing Nick Maxwell this week and he already has him) who should I get?

  • Gram, Adcock, Enright, Redden, Thomas, Franklin, NRoo, ISmith, Krakouer

    VS

Fisher, Stanley, Lower, Boyd, Mitchell, Chapman, JRoo, Lobbe, Howe

Who’s odds on and by how much?

    • Team A and possibly pretty easily.

      • Both teams could either stink it up or smash it. ie, Enright could get 50 or 150… JRoo and NRoo are similar now, how followed 100 with a 2. Team A is more solid, but team B has xfactor.

    • Instead of Mitchell he now has Boak. He ended up going with Otten and Talia insteead of Lower and Howe. I’m so glad. Smith stank but Buddy is the highest scoring of our different players so far. I’m up by 227 but he has three more than me to come. Means they need to average just under 80 and we are talking JRoo, Lobbe, Talia, Otten, Boak.. I doubt three of them can average 80 while the other two match Adcock and NRoo

      Still very nervous…

  • Hi guys…I have a dilemma!

If I play the Gu on the field instead of Z SMith (moved Petrie to 2nd ruck) I have no emergency for the mids.

My mids are Pendles, Swan, Mitch, Boyd, Ablett, Selwood.

    Options:
    1. Play Cox and Petrie in the ruck (Z Smith emergency) and Gu on field – no mid emerg

    or

    2. Play Cox and Smith in ruck (no emerg) and move Petrie to forward line so I have the Gu as mid emerg.

    Thoughts much appreciated. :)

  • rioli or chapman?

  • My defence: enright, suckling, broughton, goddard, deledio, heppell, puopolo ( gibbs, jacobs hibberd)
    45k in the bank.
Any point upgrading poo with one of my two trades? Rest of my team ok/ well matched to opponent.
Anyone think stef martin might be a good unique with melbourne’s run home?

    • I don’t think you can Martin if you trade out Puopolo or Hibberd out with only $45K. A smokey option however is Tony Armstrong. Has got a 90, 82 and 83 in his three games this year.

  • I have 3 trades and 75k in the bank and a pretty set team of premiums.

My only two underperforming lads are montagna and adcock.

there is no way i am going to have a trade left over at the end of the season after being so stingy. I am thinking montagna> ablett, thompson, rockliff or adcock>enright/bock.

do people reckon montagna is worth relying on?

  • Gibbs > Enright or Suckling

    and

    Judd > Thompson or Rockliff

    ???

    • Do you have Pavlich or Sylvia? Or do you HAVE to trade these two to save donuts? Will only miss one game and Gibbs/Judd for a Grand Final will be important…

  • Stevie J or Rioli?

  • .Hey guys in need of some help.

Team for the week is looking as follows before making any trades with 2 left and 9.8k in the bank:
Def: Goddard, Deledio, Birchall, Suckling, Broughton, Adcock, Golby (Gibbs, Jacobs, Hibberd)
Mid: Swan (vc), Pendlebury, Boyd, Dal Santo, Ablett (c), Hodge (Gu (e), Sylvia, Callinan)
Ruck: Cox Petrie (Lobbe (e), Derickx)
Forward: Fyfe, Stevie J, Goodes, Buddy, Chappy, Didak, I.Smith (Prestia (e), Rich, J.Tipp)

Obviously major problem is in defence as I have no confidence in playing Golby given that he will struggle to pull me anything more than 55. WIth Sylvia gone I am quite happy to play Isaac Smith as 7th forward for last 2 with matchups against Dogs and GC. So not really sure on what to do with Col. I could downgrade and then upgrade hibberd but that wipes out all my trades. So I am thinking of one of the folllowing options.

    1. Gibbs>Bock/Enright and could also go Sylvia-Cloke
    2. Mzungu>Gram (as this saves me a trade for carnage next week, avoids playing Golby in defence through dpp plus the fact that Gu is not needed this week)
    3. Sylvia>Doughy (same as above, however, not so sure about Doughty althogh it allows me to keep Gu)

What are peoples thoughts and are there any other options I could do??

  • Who should I trade in for Pav??

    Lecras, Okeefe or Harvey??

    Leaning towards okeefe for consistency
