CARLTON v SYDNEY SWANS

  • Dilema with jono brown playing this week…..leave hiim on the bench? or rob murphy on bench? or pods or rockliff on bench…one of them has to miss…. help

    • pods on the bench doesnt play well away from home

    • Brown is a star, remember everyone was jumping on him before he was injured, even then he was pumping out 100s or there abouts every other week. After a few weeks off, watching his Lions struggle, don’t you think he will be eager to pump out a massive ton! He is a must to start on the field IMO.

Rockliff, why would you consider to dump him to the bench? Its not like Brown is taking his possie or anything.

Murphy to the bench, is Pods at home? Pods at home is definite gun, away he is not so special. So I’d go Murphy, but Pods maybe if he is away from skilled.

  • heyy, i have a question
who would you prefer out of jono brown or shaun higgins?
    comments please

    • higgins this round, assess next round.

      • yer, sorry i dont have either at the moment..
I need to trade ziebell for somone and 313k is limit, so browny and higgins are the sensible picks, yet i dont know who to choose, will brown dawg pull out the big numbers or will he take it easy
higgins and jono brown will go up in price after this round, so i need to make a move

        • JB for sure i reckon, coming back from injury always a slight risk, but he is a champ and waaay underpriced!

  • Play Martin over Pods? DPP used of course with Chappy and Rohan

  • Having a look at my team, who would you have on the ground for your final defenders spot out of Goose, Webberley or Hunt? And then who for your emergency?

  • Fuck porplyzia out
o well brownie will fix that problem

    • full forward line thanx even with the Porpis out thanx to DPP between waite and p.davis

  • now brown is back ill have to put rockliffe on my bench, his in such good form i dont know wether to stick rock, brown or pods on the bench

    • pods mate, everyone has him and he’s being unpredictable

    • With Brown back, Rock’s score will decrease, Brennan should play further up and eat some of Rock’s score as well. Pods will dominate tonight I reckon with focus back on Mooney.

      • I wouldn’t be so fast in benching Rocky. He has been playing mainly across 1/2 back, hence getting alot of the ball as the lions stumble out of defence. With no Black, and only Brown and Maguire listed to come back in, lions still need a midfield type, which Rocky can fill. I’m backing him for another 90+ game

  • No on field problems – picking emg is the trouble.

I have chosen Roberton over Maguire due to Roberton being named on the field for the first time ever – and they are playing Melbourne.

Nearly started Grant over Brennan, as Grant is named FF.. (lol) but then thought better of it.

  • Porplyzia dropped??? FMDT…i know I’m probly the only mug that has him, but fk me, he was just starting to get some decent scores and they go an drop him.

So I now have Porps and Hall on the sidelines…and the following as cover…BitchCock and P Davis…not to mention Jack TWatts on the field…all three absolute DT mugs!

4 trades left and only $11,700 in the kitty …should i gamble on a downgrade/upgrade double (downgrade a back) to get Goodesy for Porps and risk having only two trades left? Or just stick it out with this dud fwd line?

    • With the possible backline downgrade, I’m thinking Magquire to Ricky Henderson who is a DPP DEF/FWD so can substitute for the dud P Davis in the fwd line and also if either of ’em get injured. Would net me just enough to upgrade Porps to Goodsey. And I have Webberley as additional cover in the backline.

Bt the question remains whether i can go the season with two trades remaining.

  • It is time to actually make a choice for who to start.

I was going to bring in Pav this week but I think I will hold out for Volt.

anyway who should I play on the field out of:

    Balla, Fyfe, Jaench, gumby?

  • Man I love my mids and there averages.

    Swan 122 av, Ablett 120, Montag 115, Boyd 114, Bartel 110, Jselwood 100.

Makes you flinch everyweek for captain…. knowing that one of them could just go bang

  • I just went bang too.

    *changes underwear*

  • Warnock is an emergency, he got dropped from the Interchange so all of you guys celebrating that he’s back; don’t make him your emergency.
