Just like Lindsay Lohan is to jail… I’m back! That’s right, after sluggin it out over the terrain that is the Kokoda Track I am back and absolutely spewing about what I have witnessed over the past few weeks. Firstly, my overall ranking was 3000 when I left and put my team in the hands of my fellow DT Talkers. What is it when I get back…. 5000…. F ME. Apart from that it would appear that they don’t teach AFL footballers to drink enough milk and they are dropping like flies. This week I only scored 1998 because of some pitiful performances from some members of my team. Now, I normally scan the entire league looking for all types of players that may have let their coaches down, but this week they are all from my team. How many of these players let you down, like they did me????

Corey EnWRONG– OMG, what a pathetic performance from someone who has been a rock in my team this year. Averaging mid 90s, naughty Corey decided to go out and throw his skirt over his head and score me 42 points. Jordan Lewis was playing a disgusting forward tagging role on him (shame on you Clarkson) but even still, harden up and go and get the footy.

Nic Naitanui – (43pts)A Brompton, is the term that is commonly used to describe something that is built up to be something huge or cool and just ends up letting everybody down… at least I think it is…. Commonly used to describe a fart that someone talks up to loud and spectacular, only to fizzle out into the softest, girliest fart ever heard. Nic Nat, you are a Brompton my friend. The only reason you wouldn’t take the cake as the biggest Brompton ever… is because, at least you stink. 6 possessions… are you kidding me… there are homeless people walking the streets of Melbourne, with more than that in their napsacks… :(

Ryan O’Theif -Mr Ryan decided that he would rob every Dream Team coach out there on the weekend, robbed us of points he did, unless he did manage to squeeze through your window and take your plasma, and then you’re really unlucky. Did this guy have a few frothies before he played on the weekend? He gave away 5 free kicks, that would have taken your piss poor score of 66, up to a slightly less piss poor score of 81. Not good enough ya little nugget!

Bendan Goddard- I must admit that I am not even sure as to why you did not play. But in all reality I don’t care!!!! When the coach comes to you and says I think we might give you a spell this week so that you can trim you ranga hair. Tell him to shove it…. Harden up Goddard and get back in there next week. You owe me 140+

I think you need to give the Chop to your fellow DT ters, for dropping you ranking. Maybe you need to do a CRP (Chopper Reveiw Panel) for the video this week.

Plenty of underperformers this week

Got my lowest score since about round 4. Due to 3 x 40′s in backline (Enright, P Davis for Goddard and Strijk) and a Mitchell donut. Thats about 130 from 4 players and 1850 from the other 19

My backline has been so good all year though. Gotta keep the faith with only a few trades left needed for LTI’s and finals.

Bloody Nic Nat Paddy Wack. He has averaged about 50 over the past 4 weeks. I am now in the position, I hope, to trade him out. For whom? I have around extra 130k to spend.

Had Enright, ROK and Goddard.
But Goddard managed to win me a crucial game in my main league. Both had him, me with Farmer as cover and him with Gram. Result was 87 to 56, 31 in my favour and won the game by 11pts.
My first really lucky win of the year!!!!!

Does anyone else agree with me that nic natanui is probably the most overrated player in the competition?
Doesn’t matter how athletic he is, he cant find the footy and when he does get it, he stuffs up the kick

  I dont think he is overated, he’s a 20 year old ruckman that hasn’t learnt the game properly yet. He can do amazing things but just doesn’t stay in the game long enough. Maybe the expectations of him are too high at this stage of his career but I don’t think he is overated.
  
  I haven’t seen too many ruckman out run midfielders before or burst through packs like he does.
  
  Give him a few years to mature and he will be a gun. Where was Sandi or Cox when they were 20? definetely not playing AFL. I think Cox was 24 or 25 when he broke out and Sandi was 26 before he was any good

I think too many jumped on NickNat too early after pre-season form, not worth it.
So many options for the Barlow trade this week. I snagged a good one, Swapped Zeibel for Chapman (117) and Barlow for Dan Conners (133 & 50k rise (still BE of -9)). I just need J Brown to get back in & L.Davis if Buddy is ruled out. My reserves are killing me, I hate playing short!!!

Very tempted to do betts to chapman
have 500k in the bank 5 trades left but probably more seriously need to upgrade Hunt in backline can afford really anyone bar Lake.

I currently have enright/goddard/waters/hodge/hunt/gilbert/ (webberly / henderson bench)

Just worried if I get chapman he will have a nice rest when I bloody need him.

Adam Goodes was one to get the chop over the last few weeks but WOW he responded on the weekend!!! glad I hadn’t got rid of him. Now hope he continues his form for the rest of the season…as for the weekend. Betts and Enright let me down more then anyone. I could handle Goddard given I had decent cover.

Got 3 trades to come, looking at trading out Nic Nat to someone, have got 100k to spend…
Any suggestions lads?
The other dilemma i have is i need to get rid of Harry O before finals. So the question beckons, do I spend the cash on a defender worth near on 400k and live with Nic Nat’s 50 odd? Or, spend cash in ruck and live with Harry’s unpredictability?

  BE irrelevant unless you are going to seel the player you get. Go Pav, easy run home. Averages more, Goodes will play more forwards than mids.

hey guys could you please give me some advice.
i have 5 tradees left.
i basically need onre more premium forward and one more premium mid and my team is complete (hopefully no more injuries).
i want a premium fwd this week:

I have 180k in the bank and I want to trade out hitchcock which will give me ~380k in the bank.
now I COULD get a fwd that is that price range but I am looking for someone around 320-350k price (thinking pavlich but need more options) which will leave me 30+k in the bank for when i trade martin for someone in a couple of weeks.
or do u guys suggest i spend all my cash on a fwd that is around 380k???
any suggestions?
and who should I bring in for martin considering i should get about 315k for him + 30-40k left in the bank.
