Matthew Pavlich: Should I Stay or Should I Go?
On this week’s episode of DT TALK we had the discussion on what the “magic number” of weeks someone would be out for to warrant trading them. We came to a bit of a consensus of three. Now, Matthew Pavlich sits in that range. Could be 2… could be 4. So, let’s call that 3!
75,641 of us have him… if you don’t, then I’m not sure what you have been thinking this year. People’s opinions and situations will differ here, like with the amount of trades left, the quality of the bench cover and other players/spots that need to be fixed up, but what would you do?

Way I see it, depends on your league situation. For me, I had a fucked first half of the season with over 20 injuries so now I have to win every game to make finals in my league.
I can’t afford to carry low scoring players so I will trade him maybe for Stevie J to give myself the best chance of winning the remaining games.
If you are already a pretty sure thing for finals in your league then I would sit on him and save the trade.
If national ranking is important then you should probably trade him as well and trust in nothing else going wrong, but then again if you are in the running for the Toyota then you sure as fuck don’t need advice from me!

DON’T pick Sellar or McKernan from the Crows, no way they will be picked consistantly. Burton and Griffen will be in the side soon and Walker will be back at some stage.
I don’t have Pav but if he comes back in two weeks his price will drop like a stone for another 2 weeks making him a bargain backup when finals start. That’s if I have any trades left by then lol

Currently missing Goodwin, Pav, Gia in my fwd line, and Cox in the ruck, with no backups! Good thing I’m playing a cellar dweller who averages less than 1200 per round, and playing another one next week! Only 4 trades left so got to stick with Pav, but Gia has to go. Stevie J, Boomer or R.Murphy. Go with the proven that most top teams have, trust in Boomer to hit GUN status again, or gamble with Murphy and make some cash to trade elsewhere? Tough decisions…
Gotta be Stevie J. Everyone’s got him, but he’s a big time GUN. I’ve already got 4 Kangas players in my squad, and Murphy is too risky. Go Stevie!
hey guys, what does everyone think of joel selwood, is he worth picking up in the next couple of weeks. Or is his form from the last couple gonna continue into the later part of the season. Thanks guys
