The bloke that knocked the Manboobies allstars with 256 left got through.
I can see it is going to be the like socceroos in the world cup of 06 being knocked out by the winner or at least that is what i am hoping, so i can say that i got knocked out by the winner
Who is left that we all know
I “convinced” my old man to put in a team - the Dobblers, went all out for eliminator and ran out of trades 2 weeks ago. Have had wins by 4 points (last week), 5 points and 16 points. Chad and Birdman on the bench, forced to play reimers and valenti, pretty screwed but has been a great ride. Trading Palmer down to Embley in round 10 has kept me in it.
Got knocked out round 1 with a score of 1900. Really pissed me off lol
Same happened to me fryzie. scored 1888 and got thrashed by 200 points. the guy was a tin-arse because he has got 1600 ever since. i see he had a ripsnorter on the weekend. he scored 1221.
lol Sheen, I havn’t kept an eye on him but you perked my interest - the guy I lost to is averaging 1523 and is playing Valenti, Rioli, Matt Campbell, Sam Lonergan and Michael Pettigrew on the ground! My average is 1921.
It does make you laugh in a way with gritted teeth.i am averaging 1893 for the year. hope for a top 2000 nationally. goodluck for the rest of the year fryzie, your doing well.

I was knocked out in round 3 (?). Had H Shaw captain. He scored 21. I lost by 50.
If I’d rammed a knitted needle through my eye it would have hurt less.

My money is on Muddy5, he has an average of 1722 and a national ranking of 40,321!!
There are some big guns left though, 6 of the top 20 teams nationally. Mclovin (a DT talk regular) is ranked 4th out of all those left.

As you can see I have completely left my backline alone, as my money has gone to the mid and forwards, the big scorers.
still have 4 trades left so might concentrate on that.

Goodluck Speedmeads. Hopefully we can make it though to the next round. Your oponent looks shakey, so you should get through. You should probably look at selling a rookie to upgrade Wilkes. I would keep Urqhart as a spare for when McDonald comes back.

Symes (looking good after returning from injury, gets lots of loose balls. bwahaha)
Gram (I like his new role running with the opponents no1 midfielder)
Gilbee (Bulldog, DT machines they are)
Can’t really afford anyone else. Would love Sam Fisher or Goddard, or even Bocky or Mackie. Damn I wish I had more trades.

It is based on looking at the team. You can see all of the teams on the DT website now. He is playing guy ranked 7877 in the world. Which for this stage of the competition is pretty handy.
I had 2085 last week, which I though would help get me an easier oponent this week. As it turns out the fairy missed my dick and I am playing Bananabomb who is ranked 19th in the world and averages over 2000. Shit!!
Cam, I am thinking exactly the same thing! Weird. My issues are:
Symes is playing Sydney
Gram I am not completely sold on
Gilbee only plays well at the Telstra Dome (dogs have got Sydney in Manuka and Bris at the Gabba in the run home)
I am leaning towards Symes, as I dont think many people still have him.
