Official Injury List Ahead of Round 13
Some great news for DT coaches, with Brad Symes not being 2 weeks away anymore! He is now listed as available for the Crows this week, and is likely to come in due to quite a few of the Adelaide boys not pulling up all that well. The good news for the Lions is that Daniel Bradshaw is listed as a test along with Nigel Lappin. The Hawks are likely to welcome back Shane Crawford, Brent Guerra and Ben McGlynn will be available after his suspension. Jake King is listed at 1-2 weeks with his hamstring. West Coast midfielders Daniel Kerr, Michael Braun and Chad Fletcher will probably suit up this weekend.

Don’t tell me symes is back – Only about 6 weeks late!
is n thomson gna play this week?
Hmmm.. Ibbo up to Symes if he comes back in the same form he was in pre-injury?
finally some info on jake king. 1-2 weeks, i will wait it out, if i had a trade i would look at Birchall, but i dont have enough.
who is betta 2 pick up Jolly or Lade…thinkin Jolly any thoughts?
jolly. Lade shares ruck with Brogan
Jolly doesn’t share with Everitt?
Grr Jake King… Hope Urquhart keeps getting a game until Jake comes back else I’ll be eating donuts for 1-2 weeks.
who rates sam butler?
i can see him racking up the DT points for the eagles with the likes or kerr and priddis copping the tag every week. hes already showed great promise in his two games so far this year after over a year out of afl level.
im trading
the injured sewell–>butler
free’s up EXACTLY enough cash for
dew–>chapman
thoughts?
likes of**
lade had been starting on the bench with brogan their main ruckman at the moment
FUCKING YEAH GUERRA IS BACK.
BOUT FUCKING TIME
yer same wallcob i reckon sam butler is really gd his already set 4 my team nxt yr
Might have a full backline this week, played last week with Symes, Guerra, King and Bradshaw all out.
I’m with you CALZ08
Hope he can hit that form he had before injury.
whats the deal with josh kennedy from eagles?? past 3 weeks its said 1-2 weeks!!!
he better not pull a brad symes and do this for about 6 weeks
Sam Butler = OP = Beware
Dale Thomas & Scott Pendlebury =OP =beware also
A lot different actually. Daisy and Pendles are only rumoured to have OP and haven’t shown any signs during the current matches which means it is more than likely a crock of shit. Butler officially missed 1.5 seasons having had OP. Ball and Haselby’s 2007 season were classic examples of this.
Your OP comments, I’ve heard it about Simon Black, but where are the hard facts?
yer i no, pendles n daisy apparently r showin ‘early signs’ of OP…i reckon it could b tru bout pendles bcoz he was a late withdrawl againgst melbourne n no1 really explained y except ‘general soreness’ so mayb but probs rumours
Wellinghame to Ward and Ibbo to Drummond this week, then upgrade Palmer to Bartel/Corey the week after and only have 1 trsde left or Palmer to Hodge this week with 3 trades left?
Advice anyone?
Why Trade at all wellingham can still go up a bit more, ibbo is doing pretty well anyway and drummond has a b.e of 88. Palmer is a bit of a gun and gets allot of decent scores so why not just save your trades for later on when you could really need them if someone gets injured
what fenno said.
if you have the ‘trade hungry’ attitude at this stage of the season it will really REALLY hurt you come finals time.
How are those English lessons going ‘Daisy is a gun’? Needed the enigma machine to work that post out…
To add my two cents to the Butler equation, surely he’s only an option if you have oodles of trades left as you would be looking to upgrade him to a gun by year end.
That said, he’ll probably star, average 100pts a game and come back to haunt me.
Has anyone heard that Sam Mitchell has been playing with busted ribs. One of the guys at work mentioned this and said that someone in the Essendon game targetted his ribs.
Dale Thomas is suffering from ‘general gayness’.
Griff: Could explain Mitchell’s poor scores lately. He’s getting pretty cheap now.
yer well it could be an option smerg but i think hes capable of averaging 85 plus which i think is great for his current price, so if he can do that i wont be upgrading him
I read on the Herald Sun site that Pendleberries missed the game due to a minor back strain a couple of weeks ago. Heard nothing solid to back up the OP rumour.
Wonder if I can get your thoughts on this one fellas: On my backline bench I’ve got Urquhart and S. Thompson from the Kanga’s, with King out which of those two would you sub in if both get named?
Is it fair to say that since West Coast and Port are not doing very well this year that players under an injury cloud (which a lot of DTers have in their sides) like Cox and Chad Cornes may be rested for the rest of the year? That means atleast 2 trades i will need to make in the coming weeks
mmm im guessing OP doesnt stand for Over Priced!
id go urquhart, SDT is an ugly little kiniving pig
Good news for me this week as i have THE BURDMAN sitting on the bench..
But i have BRADSHAW as well:
WILL HE PLAY ???????
With some possible uncertainty re champion-Chad. Would it be logical to get Burgoyne instead of Milburn in my back line. Burgoyne may get more ball if Chad is quiet/away?
Anyone no if nathan thompson will play?? let me Kno
Dale Thomas is suffering from ‘general gayness’. LOL
