Who are you looking at to click on as Captain this week? After you’ve read Calvin’s Captains this week, you should be all prepped up to confidently select your captain and vice captain! Should i go Swan or Corey?
Theres no way that Corey wont score triple figures for a 3rd week in a row but Carlton dont leak many points.
Athomas, pav is one of the least risky captains in the comp. hes one of the few players not to get less than 90 more than 2 times. plus, hes always a chance for the 120 scores and even the big 150+ on the occasion. im surprised so few choose him as catain each wekk - hes a jet.
Luke, what disadvantages are there of having a lot of players from one team?
In my midfield i have Bartel, Corey, Ablett, Stevens, Gibbs and Judd.
Can anyone see a problem with this?

I’m just curious why no one has mentioned Scott Thompson from the crows. I have Thompson, Corey, Ablett, Bartel and Murphy in my midfield and I was seriously considering Thompson first as the crows are playing the not so red hot Essendon and Thompson’s coming off a huge 150+ game last week in a losing side. I would appreciate your comments fellas, cheers.

kieran, thats a pretty great midfield. judds a dud this year though. struggling a bit but when he gets in form hell rip. you just need to trade gibbs up to a thompson or kornes and the mid would be heaps better.
yeah, michael. i reckon thommo shhould kill it this week. he should be able to push forward and kick a few. not really a risk if you ask me. good move.

Sammy Mitchell got 130 and 135 points in his two matches against the bulldogs last year. Might be a good choice
Cheers for the advice Hodgey, still a tough call. That’s one of the problems when you have too many guns in your midfield I guess. Appreciate the feedback.
Cross for me, although I might change to big Pav tomorrow, depending on how I’m feeling.
micheal thats a cracking midfield. do you have a weak forward/backs/ruck?

Thanks Wallcob. I have to admit the only weak players in my starting line up are Kruezer in the ruck, McLoed in defence (who may get drafted if he doesn’t lift within the next couple), and Tippett in the forward line. Other than that I’m looking pretty sweet. I was lucky that a lot of the rookies I picked rocketed in value so I was able to make some good trades.
