For the 24,863 DT coaches who have Trent West sitting on the pine trying to make some money, the fact that Shane Mumford has taken his spot in the Cats line up will annoy the hell out of them. West hasn’t been the ruck cash cow we wanted, but was doing enough to tick over the $ for us. Now with Mumford in his debut last week, getting a pathetic 18 points, he is getting another game… and leaving West playing in the magoos. DT is never easy!
That sucks!
Now Coxy just has to play! But unfortunately i read this article with some bad news on him.

I was doing some thinking.. do u think it’s time to get on Brad Johnson bandwagon? i mean yeh he is doing crap but at some stage he is gonna turn it around. A trade of say.. Porplyzia to Johno looks rather attractive and you gain 9.5k! Johno’s BE this week is 93 and Porpy’s is 78 so it might be better to wait 1 more round… thoughts?

i reckon if he played one week after kicking wirra he should be able to manage a big show in the return of judd to subi.

West and Mumford are both a joke. Neither of them deserve to play. BRING IN SCOTT SIMPSON!
I’m keeping the Porpz unless he dies or succumbs to a season ending injury. I don’t know why. I just like him. But especially not for BJ… that’s like a downgrade on current form. Big Cox will probably get up again on Friday. After that game he would get 2 weeks rest so I think they’ll just go for that. Then again, if he takes this weekend off he gets 3 weeks rest so hmm. I have the Kreuz Dog to cover him anyway.
Who is the better choice; J White (SYD), Mumford (GEE) or another rookie priced ruckman like Meeson (MEL)? I don’t need them to play but I need the money to make a double trade and bolster my back line. Obviously if one plays a few games it’s a bonus so who is most likely to play 3 games + this year? Like I said it’s no big loss if they don’t play another game.

hey p-chook, i saw that article and it worries me. i traded priddy out when it happened and will def get him back on as soon as he is right. mostly just cause he is my favourite!! but what worries me most is that the article said a groin problem…..what groin problem?? he had a knee op. more injuries to priddy than we knew?!?!
